We appreciate every passionate and daring filmmaker. Our festival is made up for those who want to express their feelings in their own way through cinema. We believe that every work done with emotions and originality deserves to be seen.
Nowadays, filmmaking is an art opened for many people to reveal their minds through it. It's not so inaccessible and expensive anymore, that's why independent cinema is contemporary cinema. Our festival of contemporary filmmaking is made for people!
Our live event also welcomes you to enjoy our best works on the 19th of September in Mora Meza in London – city of art, history, music and filmmaking. That evening you’ll have a great time watching award-winning movies and have a chance to talk with filmmakers during the coworking and Q&A session.

Best Film - The most original and inspiring movie

Rules & Terms

Official Rules & Guidelines

1. Open to Creators Worldwide

We welcome filmmakers, screenwriters, actors, and creators from every country and level of experience. We value originality, artistic vision, and contemporary storytelling.

2. Format & Submission

Films of any length are accepted.

Preferred formats:
• MP4 or MOV
• H.264
• 1080p HD or higher

Screenplays must be submitted as PDF files.

3. Language & Subtitles

Films in any language are welcome.

English subtitles are required for all non-English dialogue.

4. Premiere Status

Premiere status is not required. Previously screened or online-released films remain eligible.

5. Completion Date

Films should have been completed within the last three years.

6. Rights & Ownership

Entrants must own all necessary rights to their submitted work, including music, footage, performances, and any third-party content.

All rights remain with the creators.

7. AI Works

AI-assisted and AI-generated projects are eligible for the Best AI Work category. The jury values creative and meaningful use of emerging technologies.

8. Selection Criteria

Submissions are judged on:

• Originality
• Artistic Vision
• Storytelling
• Emotional Impact
• Technical Quality
• Contemporary Relevance

9. Festival Rights

By submitting, filmmakers grant the festival permission to screen selected works and use trailers, stills, titles, and excerpts for promotional purposes.

10. Fees & Decisions

All submission fees are non-refundable.

Festival and jury decisions are final.
