ICCF is a proud IMDB Award Film Festival, and Top 100 Best Acclaimed Festivals in the world.
Each film has to have Culture, Food, or and the Arts in the subject.
Films with the subject of Courage or Valor are eligible for The Premio Valore e Coraggio Award in Rome,Italy. January 2023- The Award for Courage and Valor.
Honorees are Holiness Pope Francesco,, Andrea Bocelli, and Isabella Rossellini.
The Grand Prize Winner's film will be shown the night of The Awards in Rome, Italy

With your submission, for an additional $50 you will receive an article about your project with photos that you will provide. This is wonderful for you can use for all social media and press kits.

Films entered in multiple categories may win multiple awards.

Our mission is to support filmmakers, recognize their hard work, and Award them, so they are more inspired to keep telling amazing stories. Our aim is to at enable filmmakers to meet and discuss their work, in the magical and breathtaking setting of Brescia and Bergamo. Italy , The Cultural Capital voted 2023. With this spirit and these credentials, we would like to invite filmmakers and screenwriters to submit their work and to participate in the Prestigious Italian Cultural Capital Festival.
Italy's 1st Cultural Capital Festival Celebrates Short Films, Features & Documentaries, with highly acclaimed Guest Speakers at our panel meetings. Panel and workshop guests such as distributors, world renown celebrity actors, and highly acclaimed entertainment professionals will attend.

ICCF is dedicated to movies and audiovisual productions, narrative with, musical, documentary or experimental content, to support, Promote and value the heritage of this Italian region, focusing on its culture and landscape, local crafts and gastronomy, folkloristic, and religious traditions .

Rules & Terms

Please read all rules and regulations before submitting your project.
PIFF is hereby granted the rights to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted for promotional purposes of the festival. The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements, rules and regulations.
The Competition reserves the right to refuse entries.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICCF, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
By submitting your film to the Italian Cultural Capital Festival, the individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening if selected, and understands and accepts these requirements, rules and regulations.
