The International Art Film Festival (IAFFEST) focuses on appreciating the endeavours of film makers through awards and rewards to increase the exposure of existing productions and quality of future films.

IAFFEST entails:

* A film-making seminar in collaboration with industry leaders for all semi-finalists
* In each category, there's a reward attached to the award for the winner
* CSR: outreaches to less privileged and orphans to provide support
* Closing the gap between talented film makers and a global audience

Qualifying filmmakers who submit their films stand a chance of winning one of our numerous prizes. IAFFEST gives selected films a customized laurel and certificate of participation. Category winners are awarded and rewarded accordingly.

All award winners are credited on IMDb and receive a laurel and verifiable certificate of achievement.

For something that I paid over £20, I wish that the festival would have made an effort to include their international applicants more. I think for locals this is worth it but as an international person, we didn't even have private communication with the festival. They sent no photos, no certificates, nothing. I am sure it was nice in person but I would not participate again thanks.

Terrible. No website presence. Festival did not take place at all. No communication. Nothing. I wasted £20.96 submitting my first feature! Absolute disgrace!!!

    Response from festival:

    Thank you for your review.

So sorry you feel this way. However, I can confirm that we communicated properly to all film submitters. Kindly check your spam incase you missed these emails.

You may also find our website and on filmfreeway as well.

Just to recap some of our communication.
You were emailed when your film was selected, when we invited you for the screening and when we asked submitters to follow us on social media for regular updates. We couldn’t find your registration for the screening events btw. Your submission was screened to our audience in your absence.

We’ve also not received any emails from you communicating your displeasure through the process. We do hope that you’ll be open to better communication in the future.

We’ll continue to strive to do better in every way and are open to constructive feedback from our film submitters
