February 21-25 of 2023 in downtown Phoenix, INDIE FILM FEST becomes the ultimate gathering of creative storytellers and audiences eager for new voices and fresh perspectives. Our visual extravaganza includes dramatic and documentary, short films, music videos, and multimedia installations by artists from all over the world. 2023 begins with a new way of sharing films at INDIE FILM FEST.
Indie Film Fest is thrilled to announce a new location has been added to our 2023 festival, we are excited to be collaborating with the Irish Cultural Center and McClelland Library to host our Saturday night Grand Finale and Awards Ceremony in the majestic courtyard in front of the castle tower, right in the heart of downtown Phoenix February 25th, 2023

Your film must have been completed no earlier than December 2020. Your film must still hold a theatrical World Premiere Status as well as a Digital World Premiere Status. If your film has been selected or screened at another festival please notify of those selections, you are still eligible. Your film must have an independent budget of no more than $150,000. You can not have any major studio, promotional partner, or commercial sponsor involved with the funding of your film. We are looking for only true independent films. If you have hosted a fundraiser screening you are still eligible for this festival. Your film must be able to screen via a digital file, you must provide a HD digital version of your film. You must have english subtitles if primary language is not english. Your film must be at least 2minutes in length. Please no horror films. We are not responsible for lost submissions. We do not guarantee official selections. Your film will be viewed by our jury and if selected you will be contacted prior to the notification notice. We are only accepting online submissions at this time. Our film festival has created an Indie Filmmaker Grant that is equally divided up for our Grand Jury Prize Winners. This fund is a community crowd source fund that grows throughout the year from our friends at Roosevelt Row CDC.
