Rules & Terms

The film must be horror, thriller or related type, the length is unlimited, but usually not more than 30 minutes short films, long films need to meet a certain length requirements (such as more than 60 minutes) .
The film must be completed in recent years, the specific year range decided by the film festival organizing committee.
The film must be premiered or first shown in the region. The specific premieres must be determined by the organizing committee according to the rules of the film festival.
Registration and submission:
All entries should be submitted through the festival's official website or designated channels.
