The Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival was fantastic and a lot of that credit goes to Hal Axler, the Managing Director, who was a whirling dervish of communication and ensuring our transportation needs and more were taken care of.

  • In complete honesty, after having attended the entire festival, I have nothing but words of gratitude for FLIFF. I experienced days filled with great cinema, incredible people, and a spectacular atmosphere in a beautiful city. The film selection is a remarkable blend of independent cinema and large-scale productions.

This festival is absolutely recommendable — serious, engaging, and of outstanding quality.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of it. I hope to return with another project.

What a great festival. We were thrilled that our film "The Gringa & the Musician" was selected for the 40th edition of this festival. We especially enjoyed meeting other filmmakers and seeing their work. We took full advantage of seeing films every day and attending the numerous parties. Highly recommend this festival.
