The Magikal Charm Experimental Video & Film Festival was developed to offer
Independent, Underrepresented, 'Outsider' Artists opportunity to Screen their Projects
at the PRODUCERS CLUB’S, ROYAL THEATRE, on Sat. Dec.27th, 2025.

The New Orleans Showcase in Late Winter/Early Spring 2026.

Awards & Prizes

Awards are described/defined as ‘ITSO’ ... (In The Spirit Of)
e.g. ITSO Analysis & Understanding or ITSO Experimental Innovation.Magikal Charm is a Nonprofit Educational Charity. Contributions are Tax Deductible and are applied towards basic expenses of producing the Annual Festival.
MCEVF XIll is pleased to announce that for the 5th Time Cash Awards, this year in the Amt.
Of $300 , will be awarded in each of the following 5 ‘ITSO’ Categories...
ITSO Alejandro Jodorowski Reference - The Works Of A. Jodorowsky,
Susana Weingarten, K.Anger.

ITSO Symbolic Myth. Reference - ‘Imaginary Realism,’ Visionary Art,
Contemporary Production of Classic Myths
And Teaching Tales. ITSO Analysis & Understanding Reference - The Study of Tarot, Dream Interpretation,
Intuition, ‘Direct’ Communication.
ITSO Experimental Innovation. Reference - The ‘Experimentalists’ - Performance Art,
Multi Media Projects as Portal between
Worlds. ITSO Rod Serling. Reference - The Works of Rod Serling/ Cognitive
Dissonance...The Journey of Imagination.
Additionally, ITSO & Genre’ Awards/ ‘ Conferees’ will be Entered on the Web.
Archives of Past Programs, Participants, available on Website. In the event Complementary
‘Project/Award Match’ in a Given Category does not occur, MCEVF reserves the right to
Redeposit Funds to Magikal Charm 22, Inc. or to Confer The Awards to Alternate ‘ITSO’
Projects.
Awards to be Announced within 2 Weeks after Conclusion of The Fest.

Rules & Terms

All Entries should be recorded in HD, Professional Quality Sound, including
Subtitles for non English Projects. Projection ready links to Projects should
Be active through the end of Dec. 2025. Quick Time Files are Accepted. Tech Specs are listed at the Club’s Specific Theatre Sites..
Run Times of Entries is 2 - 15 minutes, (there is slight flexibility.) Conceptualists of Selected Projects, will be notified of Program Inclusion in a timely manner.
