The Sweden Film Awards is an exciting monthly and annual international competition that invites filmmakers from around the world to showcase their creative works. Our mission is to provide a platform for filmmakers to submit their films and have them evaluated by a panel of esteemed professionals and experts in the filmmaking industry.

Awards & Prizes

Every month, the jury of the Sweden Film Awards will recognize outstanding films and filmmakers through both private and online screenings. These screenings will only take place with the express consent of the submitter.
Winners: Selected films will have the opportunity to compete in our prestigious annual event.
Benefits for Monthly Winners: 🎬
Winners in multiple categories (more than 2 categories) will get a free project review, and the review will be published on our website and also promoted on our social media platforms.
Official Laurels: A mark of achievement to showcase your success.
Winning Certificate: A digital certificate ready for printing. (via Email)
Recognition: Winners' names will be prominently displayed on our website and across all social media platforms.
Finalists, Semi-Finalists & Quarter-Finalists: 🎬
Participants who reach the final stages of each monthly edition will also receive:
Official Laurels: A symbol of your accomplishment.
Public Recognition: Your project will be featured on our website and social media.

Rules & Terms

Films not in English must include English subtitles.
Swedish films don't need English subtitles.
Please note that submission fees are non-refundable.

This recognition means so much because it celebrates a project that has been part of my life for nearly 40 years. As someone who is new to AI filmmaking, I wasn't sure how this unique approach would be received, but the festival's support has been incredibly encouraging.
