- Submitting your film does not guarantee festival acceptance or screening. Acceptance into the festival does not guarantee award or prize. Submission fee's are nonrefundable. Golden State Film Festival reserves the right to change programming without notice.
- By submitting you agree that you parties hold complete ownership and rights to any and all submitted materials. By submitting your project you grant screening rights to the Super Duper Diversity Film Festival to use at their discretion both at the festival, online, and/or social media for any promotional use.
- Previously screened projects are accepted.
- All submissions are to be made via FilmFreeway.

Wonderful festival. With the pandemic, the festival directors had to stay nimble and creative to be able to provide a valuable festival experience. They did so beautifully. A wonderful team and a great festival. I look forward to submitting again when we can all meet in person.
