South Italy International Film Festival

Rules & Terms
1) All genres are accepted. Foreign language films must be subtitled in English.
2) Maximum short film duration: 25 minutes (including credits).
3) All genre films will accepted.
4) All films must be submitted as a secure online screener such as Vimeo, Youtube, etc... Once the first submission link has been received, it is not guaranteed that subsequent updates will be viewed.
5) No pornography. Explicit sexual or extreme nude content will result in disqualification.
6) Filmmakers must be at least 18 years old to enter.
7) Submissions in languages other than Italian must be subtitled in English or Italian
8) Short films must have been completed after 2016.
9) The festival has the right to disqualify or remove any winning film for any reasons.
10) The Festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or scheduling.
11) The Festival reserves the right to shut the festival at any time without any notification
12) Once accepted and confirmed, no film can be removed from the festival.
13) Entrants are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, royalties, release forms, clearances, and permits necessary to present their work. South Italy International Film Festival is not responsible for any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, or royalty infringement related to the work.
14) Every short film selected in each edition of the "South Italy International Film Festival" gives authorization to the festival association to use up to 30 seconds of film and soundtrack for promotional purposes.
15)🏆The trophy must be collected personally by the director or a member acting on his behalf.

AFTER SUBMISSION ACCEPTANCE:

In order for your title to be included in the Festival, you must agree to provide the following materials within 10 days of acceptance:

1.A poster of Short Movie.
Image must be in JPG or PNG format and AT LEAST 300 dpi resolution.

2. A trailer of the film emailed to us in .Mp4 format to promote your project on our website and social media.

3. your project in mp4 format or mov on official festival email adress

Submitting your film does not guarantee festival acceptance or screening.

1) Tutti i generi sono accettati. I film in lingua straniera devono essere sottotitolati in inglese.
2) Durata massima del cortometraggio: 25 minuti (inclusi i titoli di coda).
3) Tutti i film di genere saranno accettati.
4) Tutti i film devono essere inviati come screener online sicuro come Vimeo, Youtube, ecc. Una volta ricevuto il primo link di presentazione, non è garantito che gli aggiornamenti successivi vengano visualizzati.
5) Niente pornografia. Contenuti sessuali espliciti o di nudo estremo comporteranno la squalifica.
6) I registi devono avere almeno 18 anni per partecipare.
7) Le presentazioni in lingue diverse dall'italiano devono essere sottotitolate in inglese o in italiano
8) I cortometraggi devono essere stati completati dopo il 2016.
9) Il festival ha il diritto di squalificare o rimuovere il film vincitore per qualsiasi motivo.
10) Il Festival si riserva il diritto di apportare eventuali modifiche al regolamento e alla programmazione.
11) Il Festival si riserva il diritto di chiudere il festival in qualsiasi momento senza alcuna notifica
12) Una volta accettato e confermato, nessun film può essere rimosso dal festival.
13) I partecipanti sono responsabili di ottenere tutte le licenze necessarie, i diritti d'autore, i moduli di rilascio, le autorizzazioni e i permessi necessari per presentare il loro lavoro. Il South Italy International Film Festival non è responsabile per qualsiasi reclamo che coinvolga la violazione del copyright, del marchio, dei crediti o dei diritti d'autore relativi all'opera.
14) Ogni cortometraggio selezionato in ogni edizione del "South Italy International Film Festival" autorizza l'associazione del festival ad utilizzare fino a 30 secondi di filmato e colonna sonora per scopi promozionali.
15)🏆Il trofeo va ritirato personalmente dal regista o da un membro che ne fa le veci.

DOPO L'ACCETTAZIONE DELLA PRESENTAZIONE:

Affinché il vostro titolo sia incluso nel Festival, dovete accettare di fornire i seguenti materiali entro 10 giorni dall'accettazione:

1.Un poster del cortometraggio.
L'immagine deve essere in formato JPG o PNG e con una risoluzione di almeno 300 dpi.

2. Un trailer del film inviatoci via email in formato .Mp4 per promuovere il tuo progetto sul nostro sito web e sui social media.

3. Il tuo progetto in formato mp4 o mov sull'indirizzo email ufficiale del festival

Presentare il vostro film non garantisce l'accettazione o la proiezione al festival.
