We are looking for the best short films from around the world in a variety of genres! This year's festival will be held October 28th in the historic Palace Theatre in downtown Seguin, Texas as part of the city's annual Pecan Fest!

We'll recognize the top film in each category - plus the Bronze, Silver, and Golden Pecan awards for overall winners!

Rules & Terms

Short Films must be 40 minutes or less.

    I couldn’t be more excited to have my short film screened at the Palace Theater, the theater is historic. You want to not only watch your movie at this theater but any movie. It’s such a throwback to the 1930s, it’s a beautiful theater. Upstairs there’s even a projection museum of all the 8mm cameras, film stock, projects, and photos of its opening.

    I was honored to screen Cleaning at the Seguin Film Festival this year. The festival occurs during the town's Pecan Fest so there was plenty to do when we weren't watching the other awesome films being shown. The town is extremely quaint with interesting shops and restaurants along or just off the square. The festival director was very friendly and always promptly answered our questions. I was able to network with several filmmakers and talent and hopefully that will turn into new projects in the future.
