We are looking for the best short films from around the world in a variety of genres! This year's festival will be held October 29th-October 30th in the historic Palace Theatre in downtown Seguin, Texas!

Awards & Prizes

We'll recognize the top film in each category - plus the Bronze, Silver, and Golden Pecan awards for overall winners!

Rules & Terms

Short Films must be 40 minutes or less.

    We were so thrilled to have our short film Syntax selected for the 2022 Seguin Film & Arts Festival. The Palace Theatre is a beautiful venue and it was such a pleasure seeing so many great films there. The staff and volunteers were so welcoming, and it was fun getting to chat with other filmmakers. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and all that Seguin had to offer! We will definitely submit again.

    This is the fifth time we have shown a film at this festival. Totally enjoyed it every time. The Palace Theater is historical and charming. They have a museum of film on the second floor. Totally recommend it.

    This was not the full festival, but a preview for the fest that will begin running in 2022.
    Seguin is a perfect town for a film festival!! The historic Palace Theater is just off of the quaint town square with a variety of shops, restaurants, & bars where filmmakers can dine and enjoy spending time together between screenings.
    I truly am looking forward to the 2022 Seguin Film & Arts Festival!
