ABOUT:
Reel Change is a charity film screening dedicated to using cinema as a force for solidarity and humanitarian action.

This curated screening raises funds for Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), a leading humanitarian organisation providing essential medical care and emergency relief to Palestinian communities.

We invite filmmakers to submit work that reflects compassion, justice, resilience, and human connection. Selected films will be showcased at a public screening, with proceeds donated to MAP in support of their life-saving work.

By participating, filmmakers become part of a collective effort to transform storytelling into tangible support — where every frame helps make a real difference!

EVENT:
Should you choose to attend, you can expect a program of high-quality short films, as well as guest speakers from MAP and a chance to network with the filmmakers.

Reel Change is a non-competitive event focused on impact rather than awards. It offers filmmakers the opportunity to celebrate their work with an engaged audience while contributing directly to a vital humanitarian cause.

Submission Rules:

- Films must have a runtime of 30 minutes or less, including credits.

- Submissions should explore humanitarian and/or humanist themes, including (but not limited to) compassion, social justice, human rights, resilience, dignity, and community.

- All genres are welcome (narrative, documentary, experimental, animation).

- Films may be in any language; English subtitles are required where applicable.

- Selected films will be screened as part of a non-competitive charity showcase.
