Awards & Prizes

Upon submission, your films will be evaluated and considered for three categories. Film distribution, public showcase, and award finalists, which will be announced during the screening event, and presented with our unique award.

3rd - Will be awarded a 3rd place award, showcased in pressplayhere.com, and an exclusive interview with Rose Sanchez on Movie Talk with PressPlay Cinema. They will also be awarded IMDb credits for their participation in the Live show.

2nd - Will be awarded a 2nd place award, showcased in pressplayhere.com, and an exclusive interview with Rose Sanchez on Movie Talk with PressPlay Cinema. They will also be awarded IMDb credits for their participation in the Live show.

1st- Will be awarded a 1st place award, showcased in pressplayhere.com, and an exclusive interview with Rose Sanchez on Movie Talk with PressPlay Cinema. They will also be awarded IMDb credits for their participation in the Live show. In addition, a full year free film submission offer to submit their projects for public showcase in PressPlay Cinema website (guidelines apply, please read rules and terms).

There are NO LOSERS in this event, all films that dare to inspire will be approached by one of our team members to discuss possible film distribution.

We accept submissions worldwide.

Yes, you can submit old work, and films you have submitted before in other festivals!

All categories accepted for submission.

In order to create a safe environment for viewers, we do not allow excessive nudity or explicit sexual content. While swearing is allowed, we encourage you to keep your material as clean as possible. Excessive drug use and excessive violence, such as depicting someone getting shot in the face or gang-related scenes, are not permitted. However, war-related films may be considered, but still subject to the aforementioned conditions. All income generated from submissions and attendance will be used to promote independent films and reinvested into the company to provide resources for independent filmmakers. For screening, films should have a runtime of 17 to 25 minutes, while for film distribution, the runtime should be between 40 to 120 minutes. There are no runtime limits for public showcases.

DISCLAIMER: Films to be considered for distribution should be formatted to 10 Gigabytes or less.
