The Panama Series Festival’s Director of Programming and Selection Committees review all film submissions.
Decisions made by the Panama Series Festival are final.
The date(s), time(s) and location(s) of exhibitions of the films shall be at the discretion of the Festival.
No film, once programmed, can be withdrawn.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Upon selection, the entrant grants the Panama Series Festival the right to utilize publicity materials related to the production (i.e. press kits, posters, stills, preview tapes, etc.) for promotional purposes in all mediums, including broadcast, print and internet
The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations.
The film has been submitted for consideration with the knowledge and consent of the Producer(s) and/or rights holders listed in this form.
Participation in the Panama Series Festival implies an understanding and acceptance of these regulations. The Festival reserves the right to rule on cases not foreseen by these regulations.
Those selected accept that their project be screened on national television in Panama, this does not imply the loss of their copyrights, and the broadcast is part of the Panama Series Festival.
Participants are invited to participate in the activities of the festival, airfare, hotel and food are at the expense of each person, the Festival provides help to facilitate accommodations.
*In case a winner does not accept their prize, they will be automatically disqualified and the prize will be awarded to the second qualified.
*In case of not winning an award and creating a bad image of our festival, the participant is automatically disqualified and will be banned from subsequent festivals.
*The organization does not force any participant to come to the awards live, nor will it pay or finance anything at all. If a participant decides to come on their own and the festival offers their friendship and hospitality, this does not mean that this influences the jury's decision.
*The participant can be part of festival activities and promotions on radio, television and press without this being taken as a use or abuse of their image.
The winners can acquire their trophy by paying the fee that includes the preparation. Shipping costs not included

El Director de Programación y los Comités de Selección del Festival Serie de Panamá revisan todas las películas presentadas.
Las decisiones que tome el Festival Serie Panamá son inapelables.
La(s) fecha(s), hora(s) y lugar(es) de exhibición de las películas quedarán a criterio del Festival.
Ninguna película, una vez programada, puede ser retirada.
TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES:
Tras la selección, el participante otorga al Festival de la Serie de Panamá el derecho de utilizar materiales publicitarios relacionados con la producción (es decir, kits de prensa, carteles, imágenes fijas, cintas de vista previa, etc.) con fines promocionales en todos los medios, incluidos la transmisión, la prensa, radio y el Internet.
El individuo o corporación que presenta la película por la presente garantiza que está autorizado a enviar la película para su proyección, y que comprende y acepta estos requisitos y reglamentos.
La película se ha presentado para su consideración con el conocimiento y consentimiento de los Productores y/o titulares de los derechos que se enumeran en este formulario.
La participación en el Festival Serie Panamá implica la comprensión y aceptación del presente reglamento. El Festival se reserva el derecho de pronunciarse en los casos no previstos por el presente reglamento.
Los seleccionados aceptan que su proyecto sea exhibido en la televisión nacional de Panamá, esto no implica la pérdida de sus derechos de autor, y la transmisión es parte del Festival de Series de Panamá.
Se invita a los participantes a participar en las actividades del festival, el pasaje aéreo, hotel y alimentación corren por cuenta de cada persona, el Festival brinda ayuda para facilitar el alojamiento.
*En caso de que un ganador no acepte su premio, será automáticamente descalificado y el premio será otorgado al segundo clasificado.
*En caso de no ganar un premio y crear una mala imagen de nuestro festival, el participante queda automáticamente descalificado y será expulsado de festivales posteriores.
*La organización no obliga a ningún participante a acudir a los premios en directo, ni pagará ni financiará nada. Si un participante decide venir por su cuenta y el festival le ofrece su amistad y hospitalidad, esto no significa que esto influya en la decisión del jurado.
*El participante podrá formar parte de las actividades y promociones del festival en radio, televisión y prensa sin que ello se interprete como un uso o abuso de su imagen.
Los ganadores podrán adquirir su trofeo pagando la cuota que incluye la preparación. Gastos de envío no incluidos
