Eldar Bora was born in August 1989 in Tabriz, the Turk city of Southern Azerbaijan, as the eldest of two sons of an artist family. He was influenced by his mother Atlas Alipour's cinema acting and his father Yaşar Azeroğlu's painting and sculpture mastery and took his first steps into cinema and theater life with acting at the age of 10. His brother, Babek Azeroğlu, who is 5 years younger than himself, prefers to be an artist like his family and draws his own path in the field of musicianship.
Eldar Bora, a student of South Azerbaijan actor Reza Naji, who was awarded Asia Pacific Screen and Silver Bear awards in the best actor branch, managed to stand out in the cinema of Tabriz, in the same years by making his first film at the age of 15-16. Until his period of military service in Tabriz, then in Turkey, he continued working in Europe and Azerbaijan. Apart from his directing activities on international television channels, he also focused on his individual work. He directed amateur films such as Any Silence Not Protest, Delusion, Art?!!, Let's Not Become Murderers Instead Of Humans!, No Comment; and in 2015 he was registered as an South Azerbaijani writer and director on the international film site IMDb.
Eldar Bora got educated "Starting A Business" from Santa Clara University, "The Business Of Film" from The Open University and "Short Film Shooting And Directing" from Golden Bull Film Festival. He competed in many international platforms, especially the Harlem New York-based BeBop Channel, with his short-cut science fiction film "Return" in 2018; in the same year, he founded the society that called International Cinema Community. Then, he wrote his research and review book, which is named 35mm And Earlier Cinema; the book has been put on sale more than fifty sites, including Amazon.
Eldar Bora, who continues his life in Turkey, is the member of Directors of Canada The Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers, is the member of Filmmakers of Christian Filmmakers Association, is the member of Directors of Turkey Short Film Directors Association, is the member of Directors of Turkey Television Radio Broadcasters Federation and is the member of Filmmakers of Iranian Youth Cinema Society.
