Eldar Bora was born in Tabriz, the Turkish city. in August 1989, as the eldest of two sons of an artist family. Influenced by her mother Atlas Alipour's acting and her father Yashar Azeroghlu's mastery of painting and sculpture, she took her first steps in acting and theater at the age of 10. Eldar Bora, a student of South Azerbaijani actor Reza Naji, who was awarded the Asia Pacific Cinema Awards and Silver Bear awards in the best actor category, managed to stand out in Tabriz cinema by shooting his first film at that age in the same years. 15-16. He continued his work in Tabriz until his military service, then in Turkey, Europe and Azerbaijan.
