Eldar Bora was born in Tabriz, the Turkish city of Southern Azerbaijan, in August 1989, as the eldest of two sons of an artist family. Influenced by her mother Atlas Alipour's acting and her father Yashar Azeroghlu's mastery of painting and sculpture, she took her first steps in acting and theater at the age of 10. Eldar Bora, a student of South Azerbaijani actor Reza Naji, who was awarded the Asia Pacific Cinema Awards and Silver Bear awards in the best actor category, managed to stand out in Tabriz cinema by shooting his first film at that age in the same years. 15-16. Continuing his life in Turkey, Eldar Bora is a Official Member of International Cinema Community, a member of the Christian Filmmakers Association Film Producers, the Directors of the Turkish Television Radio Broadcasters Federation and a member of the Iranian Youth Cinema Association Film Society.
