Nell’estate 2023 (29 Giugno-2 Luglio) si terrà a San Valentino Torio Outdoor Film Festival, il primo festival all’aperto di film e serie tv. Verranno proiettati contenuti sia riservati al grande schermo che allo streaming al fine di coinvolgere i giovani in un’atmosfera da sogno. L’innovazione di Outdoor film Festival sarà proiettare i contenuti all’interno di postazioni sensoriali in modo che lo spettatore si immerga completamente nell’ambientazione del film. Parallelamente ai film già distribuiti nelle sale o sulle piattaforme di streaming verranno proiettati in un'area dedicata i film e le serie tv indipendenti che concorreranno alla vittoria dei premi di Outdoor Film Festival, attribuiti da una giuria composta da esperti del settore e da giovani tra i 18 e i 35 anni.

Per omaggiare la città che ci ospita, tema centrale del primo anno del festival sarà l’amore, inteso in maniera estesa come forza vitale che muove il mondo. Quel sentimento capace di dare un nuovo senso alla nostra vita. L’amore è tutto quello che fa nascere un sorriso o un pianto. L’amore ti uccide, ma subito dopo ti fortifica. L’amore forse è un’illusione o semplicemente non esiste: esiste solo l’amare. Amore, amare, amarsi. Il tema sarà analizzato ogni giorno in una delle sue diverse sfaccettature:
-Amore per se stessi, autostima
-Amore per l'ambiente
-Amore per il prossimo, altruismo
-Amore di coppia

In the summer of 2023 (June 29th - July 2nd), the first outdoor film and TV series festival, Outdoor Film Festival, will be held in San Valentino Torio. Contents reserved for the big screen as well as streaming will be projected to engage young people in a dreamlike atmosphere. The innovation of Outdoor Film Festival will be to project the content inside sensory stations so that the viewer fully immerses into the film's environment. Along with films already distributed in theaters or on streaming platforms, independent films and TV series will be projected in a dedicated area competing for prizes awarded by a jury of experts in the industry and young people aged 18 to 35.

To honor the city that hosts us, the central theme of the festival's first year will be love, understood in an extended way as the vital force that moves the world. That feeling capable of giving a new meaning to our lives. Love is everything that brings a smile or a tear. Love kills you, but immediately fortifies you. Love may be an illusion or simply does not exist: there is only to love. Love, loving, to love oneself. The theme will be analyzed every day in one of its different facets:
-Love for oneself, self-esteem
-Love for the environment
-Love for others, altruism
-Love as a couple

In caso di film proveniente da fuori Italia è obbligatorio l’invio di sottotitoli in Italiano allegati al film, nel caso il player non permetta l’inclusione di sottotitoli, devono essere presenti sulla traccia video in sovrimpressione.
La stessa regola si applica ai film Italiani ma con inclusione di sottotitoli in Inglese.
In caso di ammissione al festival riceverete notifica il giorno 4 Giugno 2023.

Con la presentazione del tuo film all'Outdoor Film Festival, dichiari di essere il proprietario di tutti i diritti sul film o di aver garantito tutti i diritti necessari per la presentazione del film. Accetti di tenere indenne l'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, i suoi organizzatori, sponsor e partner da qualsiasi e tutti i reclami, passività, perdite, danni e spese, incluse le spese legali ragionevoli e i costi del contenzioso derivanti dalla presentazione, esposizione e promozione del film. Concedi all'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL una licenza non esclusiva, senza royalty, perpetua ed irrevocabile per utilizzare il film per i seguenti scopi: esibizione durante il festival e promozione del festival. L'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL può utilizzare estratti del film, fino ad un massimo di 3 minuti, per scopi promozionali, tra cui, a titolo esemplificativo, trailer, spot pubblicitari e clip per i media televisivi, radiofonici, stampa e online. Mantieni tutti i diritti sul film e puoi presentarlo ad altri festival e distribuirlo attraverso altri canali. Tuttavia, se il film viene selezionato per la proiezione all'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, accetti di renderlo disponibile per il festival nel formato di proiezione richiesto, senza alcun costo per il festival, e di partecipare al festival di persona o in remoto per una sessione di Q&A con il pubblico, se richiesto dal festival. Con la presentazione del tuo film all'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, accetti questi termini e condizioni e certifichi che tutte le dichiarazioni contenute nel modulo di presentazione sono vere e accurate.

Tutte le opere saranno valutate da un’apposita commissione composta da:
* GIURIA D’ONORE: Costituita da personalità di spicco del cinema , giornalismo ,televisione e teatro
* NEXT GENERATION formata da un giuria di 25 persone tra i 18 ed i 35 anni selezionati tramite bando di iscrizione.

Che Assegneranno il premio “TAURUS” per le seguenti categorie:

* BEST PICTURE
* BEST ACTOR/ACTRESS

Il film premiato come Best Film sarà proiettato nello Stage principale subito dopo la premiazione l’ultimo giorno del festival.

Works submitted by May 13 2023 will be considered. The selected works will participate in the festival that will take place in San Valentino Torio from June 29 to July 2, 2023.
ELIGIBLE WORKS:
FEATURE FILMS WITH A MINIMUM DURATION OF 45 MIN.
Registration for the festival is valid only through the platform www.filmfreeway.com For films from outside Italy, subtitles in Italian must be included with the film. If the player does not allow the inclusion of subtitles, they must be present on the video track as an overlay. The same rule applies to Italian films but with the inclusion of English subtitles. If admitted to the festival, you will receive a notification on June 4, 2023.

Copyright Notice. By submitting your film to Outdoor Film Festival, you hereby acknowledge that you are the owner of all rights to the film or have secured all necessary rights for the film's submission. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, its organizers, sponsors, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs of litigation arising out of or in connection with the submission, exhibition, and promotion of the film. You grant OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use the film for the following purposes: exhibition during the festival and promotion of the festival. OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL may use excerpts of the film, up to a maximum of 3 minutes, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to trailers, commercials, and clips for television, radio, print, and online media. You retain all rights to the film and may submit it to other festivals and distribute it through other channels. However, if the film is selected for screening during OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, you agree to make it available for the festival in the required screening format, without cost to the festival, and attend the festival in person or remotely for a Q&A session with the audience, if requested by the festival. By submitting your film to OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, you agree to these terms and conditions and certify that all statements made in this submission form are true and accurate.
SECTIONS:
Among the works submitted, 15 films will be selected to participate in the festival.
All works will be evaluated by a special commission composed of:
• HONOR JURY: Made up of prominent personalities in cinema, journalism, television, and theater
• NEXT GENERATION, made up of a jury of 25 people between the ages of 18 and 35 selected through an application process.

They will award the "TAURUS" award for the following categories:
• BEST FILM
• BEST DIRECTOR
• BEST PICTURE
• BEST ACTOR/ACTRESS

The film awarded Best Film will be screened on the main stage immediately after the awards ceremony on the last day of the festival.
