The selected works will participate in the festival to be held in San Valentino Torio from 02/07/2026 to 05/07/2026.
WORKS ALLOWED:
- SHORT FILMS MAX DURATION 20 MIN.
- FEATURE FILMS MINIMUM DURATION 70 MIN.
Registration for the festival is valid only through the www.filmfreeway.com platform
In the case of a film coming from outside Italy, it is mandatory to send subtitles in Italian attached to the film; if the player does not allow the inclusion of subtitles, they must be present on the video track in superimposition.
The same rule applies to Italian films but with the inclusion of English subtitles.
In case of admission to the festival you will receive notification soon.
Copyright Notice. By submitting your film to Outdoor Film Festival, you hereby acknowledge that you are the owner of all rights to the film or have secured all necessary rights for the film's submission. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, its organizers, sponsors, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs of litigation arising out of or in connection with the submission, exhibition, and promotion of the film. You grant OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use the film for the following purposes: exhibition during the festival and promotion of the festival. OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL may use excerpts of the film, up to a maximum of 3 minutes, for promotional purposes, including but not limited to trailers, commercials, and clips for television, radio, print, and online media. You retain all rights to the film and may submit it to other festivals and distribute it through other channels. However, if the film is selected for screening during OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, you agree to make it available for the festival in the required screening format, without cost to the festival, and attend the festival in person or remotely for a Q&A session with the audience, if requested by the festival. By submitting your film to OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, you agree to these terms and conditions and certify that all statements made in this submission form are true and accurate.
SECTIONS
Among the works sent they will be selected by the organization and will participate in the semi-final of the festival:
- 10 FILMS
- 15 SHORT FILMS
In the first phase the films will be chosen and judged by the organizing commission.
In the second phase a commission composed of two juries:
- HONORARY JURY: Made up of prominent personalities from cinema, journalism,
television and theatre;
- JUR-OFF made up of a jury of ABOUT 200 people between 18 and 35 years old selected
via registration notice; they will select four films and six short films, which will compete
to win the prizes.
The “TAURUS” prize will be awarded for the following categories:

- Best short-movie
- Best Director short-movie
- Best Picture short-movie

THE COMPETITION FINALISTS WILL BE DECREED SOON.
BY CHOOSING TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FINAL SCREENING IN PRESENCE (recommended) OR BY VIDEOCALL ON THE DAY OF THE AWARDING OF THE PRIZES.

Le opere selezionate parteciperanno al festival che si terrà a San Valentino Torio dal 02/07/2026 al 05/07/2026.
OPERE AMMESSE:
- Cortometraggi di durata massima pari a 20 minuti.
- Lungometraggi di durata minima pari a 70 minuti.
L’iscrizione al festival è valida solo attraverso la piattaforma www.filmfreeway.com
In caso di film proveniente da fuori Italia è obbligatorio l’invio di sottotitoli in Italiano allegati al film, nel caso il player non permetta l’inclusione di sottotitoli, devono essere presenti sulla traccia video in sovrimpressione.
La stessa regola si applica ai film Italiani ma con inclusione di sottotitoli in Inglese.
In caso di ammissione al festival riceverete notifica in data da destinarsi.
Con la presentazione del tuo film all'Outdoor Film Festival, dichiari di essere il proprietario di tutti i diritti sul film o di aver garantito tutti i diritti necessari per la presentazione del film. Accetti di tenere indenne l'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, i suoi organizzatori, sponsor e partner da qualsiasi e tutti i reclami, passività, perdite, danni e spese, incluse le spese legali ragionevoli e i costi del contenzioso derivanti dalla presentazione, esposizione e promozione del film. Concedi all'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL una licenza non esclusiva, senza royalty, perpetua ed irrevocabile per utilizzare il film per i seguenti scopi: esibizione durante il festival e promozione del festival. L'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL può utilizzare estratti del film, fino ad un massimo di 3 minuti, per scopi promozionali, tra cui, a titolo esemplificativo, trailer, spot pubblicitari e clip per i media televisivi, radiofonici, stampa e online. Mantieni tutti i diritti sul film e puoi presentarlo ad altri festival e distribuirlo attraverso altri canali. Tuttavia, se il film viene selezionato per la proiezione all'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, accetti di renderlo disponibile per il festival nel formato di proiezione richiesto, senza alcun costo per il festival, e di partecipare al festival di persona o in remoto per una sessione di Q&A con il pubblico, se richiesto dal festival. Con la presentazione del tuo film all'OUTDOOR FILM FESTIVAL, accetti questi termini e condizioni e certifichi che tutte le dichiarazioni contenute nel modulo di presentazione sono vere e accurate.
SEZIONI
Tra le opere inviate saranno selezionate dall’organizzazione e parteciperanno alla semifinale del festival:
- 10 FILM
- 15 CORTOMETRAGGI
Nella prima fase i film verranno scelti e giudicati dalla commissione organizzatrice.
Nella seconda fase una commissione composta da due giurie:
- GIURIA D’ONORE: Costituita da personalità di spicco del cinema , giornalismo,
televisione e teatro;
- JUR-OFF formata da un giuria di CIRCA 200 persone tra i 18 ed i 35 anni selezionati
tramite bando di iscrizione; selezioneranno quattro film e sei cortometraggi, che
concorreranno alla vittoria dei premi.
