The Oniros Film Awards is a monthly and annual IMDb qualifying competition based in Aosta, Italy, which celebrates films from all around the world with awards in different categories and genres. The OFA allows filmmakers to submit their projects to get it judged by award winning industry professionals specialized in various fields and compete with other talented filmmakers.
Our mission is to discover high quality and ambitious films, to promote filmmakers’ works and to help them realize their dreams. The Oniros Film Awards is all about Dreams (ὄνειρος = oneiros, Dream in Greek language), ours and yours. The Oniros Film Awards is conceived by Dreamers for Dreamers. Dream Big, always!

Every month our jury will only award the best filmmakers through private screenings. All the Winners can receive the prestigious Golden Oniros trophy, by paying production cost and shipping cost.
Furthermore, “Monthly Edition Award Winners” will automatically enter the “Best of Year” competition as Annual Official Selections. Only the contestants that will be chosen by the Jury to enter the Annual Finals will receive a new notification and will be part of the Annual Public Event and Award Ceremony that will take place at the historical theater G. Giacosa, in the beautiful Aosta, Italy, in August 2019, during which the results of the Best of Year competition will be revealed, and where the Annual Finalists will have the opportunity to meet other talented filmmakers, producers, directors and actors. This is a fantastic festival for film makers to enter. There are a plethora of categories to submit your work to, offering a vast amount of opportunities for cast and crew as well. Communication from the festival organisers is first class and notification dates are precise and professional. I cannot speak highly enough of this festival and recommend it as a must enter for all film makers.
