The OH SCARES Festival Festival is dedicated to scary films, videos, and screenplays.

The Festival was established by Mark Mos, who also runs the Sunset Film Festival, in Los Angeles for 10 years now.

Location: Beautiful city of Los Angeles. We screen local, national, and international productions.

Awards & Prizes

Winner will get GOLDEN TROPHY for BEST OF THE FESTIVAL.
Other winners will get Certificate/Diploma.
All Officially Selected will get All Films Pass for two.

Rules & Terms

We do not accept "work in progress" versions. No politics, religion agenda content. Make sure your work is finished. No porn content, please. No premiere status is required. Film or Script cannot be older than 10 years.

    I want to ENTHUSIASTICALLY praise the Oh. Scares Festival!! Oh. Scares is a well organized festival with a very caring, earnest and welcoming host, who is also the founder. My faith-base horror/drama screenplay At The Mercy Of Faith won for Best Screenplay. This adds even more joy and praise my heart and spirit celebrates because of the Oh. Scares Festival!
