Our event is a 3 day theme park of film, to take place in and around Newcastle City Centre with some satellite screenings of award winning films in various locations throughout the North East Region from 17th - 20th November 2022.

The festival is to include one off special screenings of award-winning films with cast and crew Q&A’s, VIP networking events, free, educational, film related workshops delivered by industry professionals and three full day screenings of finalist films. The festival will culminate in a Closing Awards Gala, with welcome drinks, networking/mingling and media opportunities, a 3 course gourmet Artisan meal, live music, entertainment and special guests.

    December 2021
  • This was the inaugural festival and yet it was an incredibly well organised, well-programmed event, with numerous screens in different parts of the city; networking events; an award ceremony with Gala Celebration; workshops etc. I was delighted my feature won Best Horror Film, but more importantly than that I am proud and thrilled to have been selected in the first place, and programmed alongside big festival hits from around the world, and fascinating independently made features created by people, many of whom are clearly destined for big careers as filmmakers. Congratulations to Lisa-Marie, Ana, Ian and Sofia without whom this fantastic and much-needed event would never have occured.
