This festival is to honor the super shorts that we all make. As a filmmaker, I take pleasure in telling unique and full stories in 10 minutes or less. There are two categories. The Lincoln and the Hamilton. Why? As you can see the fee is $5 and $10 respectively. The Lincoln category is for films 5 minutes or less and the Hamilton category is for films 10 minutes or less. These run times must include credits.
During this monthly festival, each film will be judged based on the merits. There will be Gold, Silver and Bronze categories. The three top films are chosen monthly. At the end of the season, the top films from each month will compete for “Best of Fest” and the three top films will be selected at that time from the top three of each month. Production year does not matter. Any and all films will be accepted.
