This is our second year. We are presenting recent and new animated feature films from around the world. Many films will be accompanied by the filmmakers via Zoom. Classic animated films will also shown. Additionally, local animators from New England will be showcased and have prize for best short and long film. Finally, there will be a gallery display of animation cels from classic cartoons from the 1950s - 1970s.

Awards & Prizes

A prize will be given for the best Regional Animated film from New England states in America (New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode island, and Connecticut.. There will a prize for under 20 minute and over 20 minutes in length. The short list of these films will be presented at the festival.

There will also be a prize given for best Global animated film (anywhere in the world, including USA. This is for films under 20 minutes. The short list of these films will be presented at the festival.

Rules & Terms

For Festival screenings: Any film can be submitted from any region of the world. Old or new. For Regional Awards: Only New England produced films can be submitted for the Regional Awards.
