A film festival about war and conflict for peace and reconciliation in Elverum, Norway. Been running for 15 years. We screen films from all over the world about conflicts and wars to hopefully make a change.

Awards & Prizes

We have a Nordic/Baltic competition for films under 60 minutes, with two awards for 10 000 kroner each given to the best films. Features compete for the Audience Award.

Rules & Terms

The filmmakers in The Nordic-Baltic must be from Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Lithuania, Estonia, or Latvia and the film must be under 60 minutes in length and be from the current or last year (2025/2026). Main programme, films over 60 minutes, are open for the whole world.
