  • It was a honor to be part of the Milestone International Film Festival for welcoming One Last Show in Taghmon into this year’s programme. It’s an honour to have our small Irish story embraced by a community that celebrates cinema with such heart, curiosity, and cultural openness.

Just attended the Milestone International Film Festival and I’m genuinely impressed. 🎬

From the moment it began, the festival had a vibrant, creative energy that made it feel like more than just screenings—it felt like a celebration of storytelling from around the world. The lineup was diverse, featuring everything from powerful indie dramas to bold experimental films, and each screening sparked real conversation among the audience.

One of the standout aspects was how accessible the filmmakers were. Q&A sessions felt personal and insightful, giving a deeper understanding of the creative process behind the films. It’s rare to see that level of connection between creators and viewers.

The organization was smooth overall, with well-timed schedules and a welcoming atmosphere. A few minor delays here and there, but nothing that took away from the experience.

If you’re passionate about film, especially international and independent cinema, this festival is absolutely worth attending. It’s inspiring, thought-provoking, and a great place to discover new talent.

Already looking forward to next year!
