Domestic and international medical institutions, related organizations (medical tourism facilitators, agencies, local governments, public institutions, associations, and other healthcare-related bodies), production companies, creators, and individuals or groups of any kind

Participants may select 1 of 2 tracks:

1. Video Category
Short-form (15–90 seconds)
Long-form (2–8 minutes)
* Hospital/brand introduction videos, patient experience or treatment stories, medical technology & innovation promotional videos, advertising/PR campaigns, and social media shorts (Reels/Shorts/TikTok), etc.
2. Visual Category
Photography, posters, brochures, leaflets, outdoor advertisements, Brand Design (BI: logo, symbol, color), emoticons, infographics, campaign visuals, and more

*Themes: Select 1 theme upon submission
- Care: Content that highlights trust in medical communication, such as patient experience and brand value
- Innovation: Content that showcases future-oriented medical environments, including medical technology, digital health, and AI
- Connect: Content that expresses the process of how healthcare connects people and countries like global cooperation, overseas patient access, etc.

[Evaluation Overview]
Evaluation Process: Two-stage evaluation including Preliminary Screening (document review) and Final Evaluation (expert review)
- (Preliminary Screening – document) Assessment of eligibility, format requirements, completeness of submitted materials, thematic relevance (Care / Innovation / Connect), duplication, and compliance with regulations.
- (Final Evaluation – expert review) Conducted by experts in advertising and the medical field, using five criteria
* 5 criteria (Message Delivery, Creativity & Originality, Completeness & Technical Quality, Global Applicability & Scalability, Public Interest & Ethics)
Evaluation Committee: Comprised of domestic and international experts in medicine, communications, and policy.

Ⅰ. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
All submissions must comply with copyright law, the Medical Service Act, and medical advertising regulations/guidelines.
Ⅱ. Responsibility
All legal responsibility for disputes or issues related to the submitted work rests solely with the submitting institution or individual.
Ⅲ. Copyright & Usage Consent
For award-winning works only, the organizer (Medical Korea, etc.) may publish, reproduce, exhibit, and distribute the relevant works on a non-commercial basis, strictly for the purposes of promotion and record-keeping of the competition.
Award-winning works may be posted on Medical Korea’s official YouTube and social media channels for domestic and international promotion.
The organizer may adjust the format, size, or layout as necessary, provided the essential content is not altered.
If commercial use or use beyond the scope specified in the competition guidelines is required, such use shall be carried out only after separate consultation and agreement with the submitter.
Ⅳ. Evaluation Criteria – Public Interest & Ethics
Includes compliance with medical advertising guidelines, public interest and responsibility, and accuracy of factual representation (5-point evaluation).
Ⅴ. Grounds for Disqualification or Non-Award
Submissions that conflict with the purpose of the festival or violate regulations may be disqualified.
If no suitable works are identified during evaluation, the organizer may choose not to select awardees for specific categories or the entire competition.
