• Mary was born in Athens, Greece, she is a chemistry student at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a passionate cinephile/aspiring filmmaker, having written and directed her first DIY short film "Pluto" and contributed to the creation of the short film "Epeidi" as a cast and crew member. Currently co-directing the upcoming short film "Deeper".

• She loves arts and has participated in various filmmaking, photography, animation, and subtitling seminars to improve her artistic and creative abilities. She reviews, selects and curates films as a volunteer at the Little Islands Festival and at the Positively Different Short Film Festival. She is also interested in music, literature, pottery, and theatre. She plays ukulele and practices aerial yoga.

• She currently works as a production assistant and subtitler at the Little Islands Festival (Creative Islands & New Media), and her ultimate goal is to pursue her filmmaking dream, work as a film crew member on sets, at production companies, learn from other film lovers, evolve as an artist, and promote intersectional cinema.
