As a filmmaker, I deeply appreciate the platform your festival provides for independent voices. The opportunity to share my work with an engaged audience and fellow creatives means a great deal to me.

Manhattanhenge Film Festival - a festival that respects filmmakers and winning projects. Too many so called “festivals” ask winners to pay for their trophies - which is absurd. Some “festivals” even have the guts to ask winners to pay for digital award certificates. Manhattanhenge Film Festival offers them both for free! Besides that - good communication, professional crew! I recommend!

  • What an impressive, professional group of festival organizers. I wasn't able to make it to the awards ceremony, but they were extremely communicative, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Too many festivals will only disburse physical awards to attendees, which is not only inauthentic, it kills a festivals credibility. The folks at Manhattanhenge know how to treat filmmakers, how to communicate and how to run a professional show. They're doing it right!

So grateful to have "Be-Living in The Ocean" win the festival's Grand Jury Award!
The festival team responded quickly to communications with an upbeat attitude, and managed a decent turnout considering the challenges of a rainy Los Angeles evening.
