Welcome to Lumina Film Festival, where creativity shines and stories come to life! Held in the heart of Bangkok, this film festival is a celebration of short films across all genres, designed to spotlight both emerging and established filmmakers.

We’re passionate about creating a platform for filmmakers, directors, and creative storytellers to showcase their work, connect with audiences, and build lasting connections within the film community.

Attendees can look forward to a dynamic program featuring captivating film screenings, interactive Q&A sessions, and exciting community events like The Maker's Lounge, a unique space where creatives can collaborate, exchange insights, and fuel their next project.

Thank you Lumina for showing Eden at your festival. It was a wonderful opportunity to have the film screened internationally. The festival coordinators were clear and communicative. It was a lovely experience.

As a first-time event for both the organizers and the festival itself, it was done well. Thank you for putting together this festival — it has had a meaningful impact on independent cinema.

If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the overall PR — including visuals and graphic design — which hasn’t quite reached as many filmmakers as it could. That said, the festival shows great potential. Please keep going — we’ll be watching.

    What can I say?

As a Co-Producer and Community Engagement Manager, I’ll admit I may be a little biased—but I’m still incredibly honored to have helped lead such a meaningful event in Bangkok. Getting to connect with fellow artists, and having my own films screen and compete among such a thoughtfully curated lineup, was a truly special experience.

It was a pleasure to share the screen with amazing works like “The Last Supper of the Three Wise Men,” “One Way Ticket,” “The Writer’s Horror,” “Cell Buddies,” “Eden,” “Once in a Little Bit of Time,” "Black Hole", ”Look Closely Enough", and so many more. I’m deeply grateful that both of my films, “The Bag, the Charlies, and The Burmese” and “A Start-Up’s Dream,” were part of this vibrant celebration of independent cinema—even if I lost at my own festival (dang! lol).

Huge thanks to ME GOODY Space and the entire Lumina team for the trust, support, and for making it all happen. Here’s to even brighter things ahead!
