Born "Carlos Andre Smith II", Los2k6 is known as the "cool, laid back, and passionate" filmmaker. Born in Lakeland, FL & raised in Jacksonville, FL, Los2k6 began his filming days back in 2006, before the emerging of DSLR cameras. He started to build his film craft from his high school days until now where he's accomplished feature film projects. From the year 2006 and beyond, Los2k6 has completed four feature films, a few short films, hundreds of music videos, commercials, and much more. His biggest influences of filming come from the likes of F.Gary Gray, Spike Lee, and the great John Singleton. Also became a fan of the rising legend, Ryan Coogler. Even so much to the point he created his highly successful viral project "21st Friday" based on his favorite movie, "Friday". He made the move to Orlando after completing his third film, "SoulHood". He recently had his two latest film "SoulHood:Prime" & "Luke Hills" become selected for the "Foreman Empire Productions International Film Festival" in Atlanta which is set to take place in Summer 2021. Despite the hardships he has experienced in 2020 including the tragic loss of his sister, Los2k6 continues to push his craft with his personality, style, and positive messages. He continues his "SoulHood Saga" series with the next installment "Luke & Lee" which is set for early 2021 release!
