REGOLAMENTO UFFICIALE
Art.1
Nell’ambito della nuova edizione Lamezia International Film Fest, l’Associazione Culturale “Strade Perdute” bandisce il concorso per lungometraggi e cortometraggi denominato COLPO D’OCCHIO.
La sezione collaterale prevede la partecipazione di opere varie, con tematiche libere.
Art. 2
Le opere dovranno pervenire tramite la piattaforma FilmFreeway
Art. 3
Sono ammessi al concorso opere di autori di qualsiasi nazionalità (italiani o stranieri) della durata massima di 30 minuti in qualsiasi lingua per quanto riguarda i cortometraggi; durata a discrezione del regista per quanto riguarda i lungometraggi. Le opere non in lingua italiana dovranno essere corredati da sottotitoli in italiano. Sono esclusi i progetti a sfondo pornografico o che esaltino il razzismo o la violenza, che siano contrari al rispetto dei diritti umani, dei diritti degli animali, alla sicurezza delle persone e alla libertà di espressione. In caso di esclusione dal concorso per il mancato rispetto di tutti i requisiti di cui sopra la quota di iscrizione di cui al successivo art. 4 non verrà rimborsata.
Art. 4
La partecipazione al concorso richiede una quota di iscrizione di € 20,oo per singolo cortometraggio, € 100,oo per ogni singolo lungometraggio. Formati accettati: mpg4/mov - codec: H264
Art. 5
Non saranno prese in considerazione opere pervenute incomplete o illeggibili. Il firmatario dell’iscrizione dichiara di essere titolare di tutti i diritti di utilizzazione dell’opera e di ogni suo componente; assicura che i contenuti della stessa sono nella sua disponibilità e non violano le leggi o i regolamenti vigenti o i diritti dei terzi e in particolare il diritto d’autore, il diritto all’immagine, i segni distintivi e i brevetti per invenzioni industriali; assicura e dichiara, inoltre, che l’opera non presenta contenuti a carattere diffamatorio. In ogni caso il partecipante manleva l’organizzazione da tutte le perdite, danni, responsabilità, costi, oneri e spese di qualsivoglia natura che dovessero essere sostenute a causa del contenuto dell’opera e della sua proiezione in pubblico.
Le opere iscritte non verranno restituite e costituiranno parte del patrimonio dell’archivio dell’Organizzazione del Festival. Esse potranno essere mostrate per scopi culturali e didattici senza fini di lucro. L’Organizzazione si riserva il diritto di utilizzare il materiale pervenuto per eventuali successive o antecedenti manifestazioni con l’obbligo di citare la fonte ed informarne preventivamente gli autori o i detentori dei diritti.
Art. 6
Una Commissione di preselezione, composta da esperti del settore, a suo insindacabile giudizio sceglierà le opere da presentare nel concorso ufficiale. La selezione delle opere vincitrici avverrà a cura e giudizio insindacabile della Giuria. La partecipazione al concorso ufficiale verrà comunicata entro una settimana prima dell’inizio del Festival, tramite i contatti obbligatori inseriti nella scheda di iscrizione di cui all’all. A o all. B. Gli allegati devono essere inviati sulla seguente mail: concorsiliff@libero.it.
Art. 7
Il concorso COLPO D’OCCHIO per cortometraggi avrà:
- sezione cortometraggi internazionali (all. A). Per la predetta sezione, verranno assegnati i seguenti premi:
- Primo posto miglior cortometraggio:
targa + Selezione Ufficiale Pentedattilo Film Fest + € 350,oo
- Premio Speciale della Giuria: targa
- Premio Miglior Regia: targa
- Premio Miglior Attore: targa
- Premio Miglior Attrice: targa
- Premio giuria popolare associazione UNA
Il concorso COLPO D’OCCHIO per lungometraggi avrà:
- sezione lungometraggi internazionali (all. A).
Per la predetta sezione, verranno assegnati i seguenti premi:
- Primo posto miglior cortometraggio: targa + € 1.000, oo
- Premio Speciale della Giuria: targa
- Premio Miglior Regia: targa
- Premio Miglior Attore: targa
- Premio Miglior Attrice: targa
- Premio giuria popolare
Art. 8
La Giuria e l’organizzazione del festival si riservano il diritto di non attribuire i premi, di dividerli ex aequo fra più partecipanti, di istituire altri premi non specificati in questo regolamento. Le scelte della Giuria e della Commissione di preselezione sono insindacabili e inappellabili.
Sarà possibile ritirare i premi nella serata conclusiva del LIFF; in alternativa, i premi potranno essere spediti a spese del ricevente.
Art. 9
L'organizzazione del festival si riserva il diritto di prendere decisioni riguardanti questioni non specificate in questo regolamento e può decidere di cancellare, posticipare, ridurre o interrompere il decorso del festival senza per questo essere oggetto di reclamo o denuncia.
Art. 10
I partecipanti danno, fin d'ora, incondizionato consenso, ai sensi della Legge 675/96 sulla tutela della privacy, all'utilizzo dei dati personali per tutte le iniziative connesse al Concorso.
Art. 11
La partecipazione al Concorso implica l'accettazione integrale del presente regolamento, automaticamente accettato dai partecipanti con il semplice inoltro dell'opera al Concorso COLPO D’OCCHIO. L'organizzazione del festival si riserva il diritto di prendere decisioni riguardanti questioni non specificate in questo regolamento e può decidere di cancellare, posticipare, ridurre o interrompere il decorso del festival senza per questo essere oggetto di reclamo o denuncia. La direzione del Concorso avrà diritto di decisione finale su tutto quanto non specificato in questo regolamento. Per ogni eventuale controversia è competente il Foro di Lamezia Terme.

OFFICIAL REGULATION
Art.1
Within the new edition of the Lamezia International Film Fest (LIFF), the Cultural Association "Strade Perdute" launches the competition for short and long feature films called "COLPO D'OCCHIO".
The collateral section provides for the participation of various works, with other free themes.
Art. 2
The works must be sent via link (vimeo, youtube, wetransfer etc.) at the following email address: concorsiliff@libero.it ; or through the FilmFreeway platform (http://filmfreeway.com).
Short films must be sent no later than the following date.
By that date, it will be necessary to post, necessarily, to be admitted to the competition (subject to exclusion):
- the registration form (ann. A or B) by mail to the following e-mail address: concorsiliff@libero.it;
- its work as specified in this art. 2;
- registration fee, as specified in art. 4.
Art. 3
Each author may participate with up to two works, subject to exclusion. All works of authors of any nationality (Italian or foreign) of up to 30 minutes in any language can be accepted. Non-Italian works should be accompanied by subtitles in Italian. Pornographic projects are excluded or racial or ethnic violence is exempt, which is contrary to respect for human rights, animal rights, the security of persons and freedom of expression. In case of exclusion from the competition for the failure to comply with all the above requirements, the registration fee referred to in art. 4 will not be refunded.
Art. 4
Participation in the competition requires an entry fee of € 20, oo for a single short film, and € 100,oo for long feature film. At the time of registration you will be required to complete all the fields provided in the card (personal data, contacts, bio, synopsis, photo film, photo director) as set out in annex A or B.
Accepted formats: mpg4 / mov - codec: H264 (up to 2GB).
Art. 5
Incomplete or illegible works will not be considered. The signatory of registration declares to be the owner of all the rights of use of the work and of each of its members; ensures that its contents are in its availability and do not violate existing laws or regulations or third party rights and in particular copyright, right to image, trademark and patents for industrial inventions; assures and declares, moreover, that the work has no defamatory content. In any case, the participant must arrange for any loss, damage, liability, costs, expenses and expenses of any kind that should be incurred due to the content of the work and its public screening.
The entries will not be returned and will be part of the archives of the Festival Organization. They may be displayed for non-profit cultural and didactic purposes. The Organization reserves the right to use the material received for any subsequent events with the obligation to quote the source and to inform the authors or holders of rights in advance.
Art. 6
A preselection commission, composed of experts in the field, at its unquestionable judgment will choose the works to be presented in the official competition. The selection of the winning works will be carried out by the jury's insight and judgment. Participation in the official competition will be announced within one week before the Festival starts, via the contacts obligatory included in the registration form in annex A or B.
Art. 7
COLPO D’OCCHIO competition for short film will be:
- International short film (ann. A). For this section, will be awarded the following prize:
- Best Short Film Award: Winner plate + free registration at Pentadattilo Film Fest + 350,oo €
- Special Jury Prize: Winner Plate
- Best Director Award: Winner Plate
- Best Actor Prize: Winner Plate
- Best Actress Award: Winner Plate
- People's Jury Award Association UNA
COLPO D’OCCHIO competition for long feature film will be:
- international feature films section (annex A).
For the aforementioned section, the following prizes will be awarded:
- First place best short film: plaque + €1,000.00
- Special Jury Prize: plaque
- Best Director Award: plaque
- Best Actor Award: plaque
- Best Actress Award: plaque
- Popular jury award
Art. 8
The Jury and the festival organization reserve the right not to award the prizes, to divide them ex-aequo among several participants, to set up other awards not specified in this regulation. The choices of the Jury and the Preselection Commission are unquestionable and unqualified. Will be possible to retire all the awards during the LIFF final day ; or the awards will be send to the winner at the expense of the recipient.
Art. 9
The festival organization reserves the right to make decisions regarding issues not specified in this regulation and may decide to cancel, postpone, reduce or interrupt the festival's performance without being subject to complaint or complaint.
Art. 10
Participants give, from now on, unconditional consent, pursuant to Law 675/96 on the protection of privacy, to the use of personal data for all initiatives related to the Competition.
Art. 11
Participation in the Contest implies the full acceptance of this Regulation, automatically accepted by the participants by simply forwarding the work to the "COLPO D'OCCHIO" Competition. The festival organization reserves the right to make decisions regarding issues not specified in this regulation and may decide to cancel, postpone, reduce or to stop the festival's performance without being subject to complaint or complaint. The Competition Authority shall have the right to a final decision on any matter not specified in this Regulation. For any dispute, the Forum of Lamezia Terme is competent.
