Delighted to have been selected and thrilled to have won a Diversity in the Arts award for our film Gone.

Great communication from the team in LA, who made us feel part of the event although we were in London.

  • I had the pleasure of knowing Sonja and Nick through mutual colleagues and friends. They are hands-down two of the most supportive and genuine people in the industry! If it were not for them believing in my directorial feature film, I seriously do not know where I would be, as well as the project itself. It is TOUGH when you are a "first-time/unknown" director who is just trying to showcase a recent project. Sonja and Nick never question one's project. It was an awesome perk to hear that our leading actress WON!

I was also extremely grateful for the promotional services and Sonja always keeping me up-to-date with everything. These are KEY factors in my experience as a festival goer, where you want a coordinator to be informative as possible like Sonja was. Nick is also one cool fella and his podcast - Film Forward - was one of the best podcasts I had the pleasure of being a guest on.

DO submit your film here because I had a blast being both an official selection and as a film audience member. Plus, everyone - both the other filmmakers and audience - are always supportive and grateful to be there :)
