ITERNATIONAL STREAMING AWARD è organizzato dalla Lu.Pa. Film di Roma, che detiene tutti i diritti sul titolo e sul logo della manifestazione. Il Festival accetta lungometraggi e cortometraggi, nazionali ed internazionali, iscritti attraverso la piattaforma Festhome (accettando il presente regolamento in tutti i suoi articoli), anche in caso di partecipazione ad altre rassegne cinematografiche.
Gli autori e i proprietari delle opere registrate, non solo accettano il regolamento integralmente ma concedono all'organizzazione di poter mostrare pubblicamente il proprio film iscritto attraverso la piattaforma streaming sul sito ufficiale.
Tutti i film iscritti saranno caricati in una sezione privata della piattaforma, dove si potrà accedere gratuitamente solo con registrazione e password. Gli utenti registrati potranno votare il miglior lungometraggio e il miglior cortometraggio del mese (a partire dal 1 Giugno 2026), che andranno a comporre la selezione ufficiale.
Le opere in selezione ufficiale saranno proiettate durante l'evento conclusivo in presenza previsto nel mese di dicembre 2026. Una giuria di qualità, nominata dal direttore artistico, assegnerà i premi per le varie categorie.
GIURIA POPOLARE:
Gli utenti registrati potranno esprimere le proprie preferenze, attraverso un sistema di votazione presente sulla piattaforma.
Il conteggio dei voti sarà reso pubblico al momento della selezione ufficiale, ma lo stesso non potrà influire sulle decisioni della giuria di esperti nominata dalla direzione artistica.
Saranno tenute in considerazione tutte le opere di qualsiasi genere, in lingua originale con sottotitoli in inglese.
L’invio dell’opera implica la piena e incondizionata accettazione del regolamento in ordine alla selezione dell’opera stessa e al suo inserimento nel programma del Festival. In caso di disaccordo varrà la decisione della direzione artistica.
L'iscrizone sarà considerata documento comprovante la libera accettazione del regolamento da parte di chi ha iscritto il film e dell’adesione alla manifestazione.
I costi d’iscrizione non verranno rimborsati in nessun caso, nemmeno qualora l’opera venisse ritirata dal concorso.
Sono accettati solo file video nei seguenti formati: Mpeg4, H264, ProRes LT con risoluzione 1920x1080.
I film iscritti dovranno essere subito resi disponibili con un link per il download o abilitando il download al link Vimeo o sulla piattaforma Filmfreeway.
SOTTOTITOLI:
E' obbligatorio fornire, oltre al file video, anche i sottotitoli in formato SRT in lingua inglese per i film italiani e in italiano o inglese per i film internazionali.
MATERIALE PROMOZIONALE:
E' obbligatorio fornire anche il trailer, il poster del film e altro materiale promozionale.
FUORI CONCORSO:
Il direttore artistico ha facoltà di invitare film e anteprime esclusive, che non rientrano nella competizione.
Tutti i film e i cortometraggi iscritti saranno conservati nell’archivio del Festival.
LIBERATORIA:
I proprietari dei diritti delle opere iscritte in concorso e fuori concorso, concedono in automatico anche la liberatoria per la pubblica visione all'interno delle attività della rassegna.
La liberatoria, inoltre, garantisce e solleva il Festival da qualsiasi responsabilità in merito alla violazione dei diritti di copyright su contenuti video e audio non autorizzati.
OSPITALITA’:
L’organizzazione del Festival non prevede alcun rimborso spese di viaggio e soggiorno per i partecipanti.
Ciascun partecipante prende atto che presso il Festival saranno presenti testate accreditate ed altri media partners che potranno effettuare riprese televisive, interviste, collegamenti radiofonici, dirette social etc. Accettando di partecipare al Festival e sottoscrivendo il presente regolamento, ciascun partecipante riconosce il diritto dei media partner ad effettuare qualsivoglia tipo di riprese anche in presenza di marchi sponsor e cede gratuitamente ogni diritto di trasmissione della propria immagine, permettendo che il media partner utilizzi tali riprese secondo le proprie esigenze, anche con interruzioni di messaggi pubblicitari e possa eventualmente cederle a terzi.

The INTERNATIONAL STREAMING AWARD is organized by Lu.Pa. Film, based in Rome, which holds all rights to the event’s title and logo. The Festival accepts national and international feature films and short films submitted through the Festhome platform (with full acceptance of these regulations in all their parts), including works already participating in other film festivals.
By submitting a film, the authors and rights holders fully accept these regulations and grant the organization permission to publicly screen their submitted film via the streaming platform on the official website.
All submitted films will be uploaded to a private section of the platform, accessible free of charge with registration and password. Registered users will be able to vote for the Best Feature Film and Best Short Film of the month (starting June 1, 2026), which will form the Official Selection.
Works included in the Official Selection will be screened during the final in-person event scheduled for December 2026. A professional jury, appointed by the Artistic Director, will assign awards in the various categories.
PUBLIC JURY:
Registered users may express their preferences through the voting system available on the platform.
The vote count will be published at the time of the Official Selection; however, it will not influence the decisions of the expert jury appointed by the Artistic Director.
All works of any genre are eligible, provided they are in their original language with English subtitles.
Submitting a film implies full and unconditional acceptance of the regulations regarding the selection process and inclusion of the work in the Festival program. In case of disagreement, the decision of the Artistic Director shall prevail.
Submission will be considered proof of free and complete acceptance of these regulations by the person registering the film, as well as of their participation in the event.
Submission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases in which the film is withdrawn from the competition.
Only video files in the following formats are accepted: Mpeg4, H.264, ProRes LT, with a resolution of 1920×1080.
Submitted films must be immediately made available with a download link, or by enabling download on Vimeo or through the Festhome platform.
SUBTITLES:
In addition to the video file, it is mandatory to provide subtitles in SRT format:
English subtitles for Italian films.
Italian or English subtitles for international films.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL:
It is mandatory to provide the film’s trailer, poster, and any additional promotional materials.
OUT OF COMPETITION:
The Artistic Director may invite films and exclusive premieres that will not take part in the competition.
All submitted films and short films will be preserved in the Festival archive.
RELEASE FORM:
Rights holders of films submitted both in competition and out of competition automatically grant permission for public screening within the Festival’s activities.
The release form also exempts the Festival from any responsibility related to copyright violations involving unauthorized video or audio content.
HOSPITALITY:
The Festival organization does not provide any reimbursement for travel or accommodation expenses for participants.
All participants acknowledge that accredited media outlets and media partners may be present at the Festival and may carry out television recordings, interviews, radio broadcasts, live social content, etc. By participating in the Festival and accepting these regulations, each participant recognizes the right of media partners to film any type of footage—even in the presence of sponsor logos—and grants them free rights to broadcast their image. Media partners are permitted to use such footage at their discretion, including with advertising breaks, and may also distribute it to third parties.
