IMAC FILM FESTIVAL

*1) GENERAL TERMS*

1.1 The submitter must hold the copyright or have full authorization from the copyright holder(s).
1.2 Multiple entries are allowed as long as each film meets all eligibility requirements.
1.3 By submitting, you agree that your film may be screened at IMAC Film Festival 2026 without a screening fee.
1.4 By submitting, you commit to providing your film for exhibition if officially selected.
1.5 Information provided in the submission form (title, director name, synopsis, etc.) will be used for festival publications, website, and social media.
1.6 Please ensure all information is accurate and that you can be reached via the email provided.

*2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS*

2.1 Films must be completed after January 1, 2024.
2.2 Maximum duration: 25 minutes (including credits).
2.3 Preferred format: Minimum Full HD, 24/25 fps, H.264, MP4 container.
2.4 Films must be in their original language.
2.5 Non-English dialogue films must include English subtitles (.srt format) and provide a clean version without burned subtitles.
2.6 English-spoken films should include a dialogue list for subtitling purposes.
2.7 Works-in-progress or films with visible watermarks/logos will not be accepted.
2.8 Please indicate if AI-generated tools were used during production or post-production.

*3. SELECTION & SCREENING*

3.1
Selection Process All submitted films will be reviewed by the IMAC Programming Team. Films are selected based on storytelling strength, originality, and creative vision that align with the festival’s theme and values. The decision of the selection committee is final and cannot be contested.

3.2
Official Selection Notification If your film is selected as part of IMAC Film Festival 2026, you will receive an official invitation email to confirm your participation. The notification will include detailed instructions and deadlines for submitting your final screening file and Electronic Press Kit (EPK).

3.3 All selected filmmakers must provide an Electronic Press Kit (EPK) to support the festival’s promotion, publication, and documentation process. The EPK is an essential part of the selection confirmation and must be submitted together with the final screening file.
Your EPK should include:
3.3.1 A professional portrait photo of the director & producer (minimum width 1500px).
3.3.2 At least three (3) still images from the film.
3.3.3 A digital poster (1:1 ratio) for online and social media promotion.
3.3.4 A print-quality poster file (A2 or A3, 300dpi).
3.3.5 Etc: Synopsis, trailer, director’s statement, and production notes to enrich the publication materials
