We believe that visual storytelling is the greatest tool to inspire people. We are honoring the independent filmmakers who are telling great stories with their tight budgets and ambitious efforts on their careers.
Independent Cinephiles Short Film Festival is a monthly produced short film festival. Our jury's are an ensemble of talented filmmakers from Mellonlar culture club. We want to promote tallented filmmakers efforts on their short films.
What's great about Independent Cinephiles Short Film Festival is that our jury writes reviews about your movies! So after your submition is done our jury will rate your film and we will send you they're personal reviews. You can use these jury reviews on your films promotion!
How:
Every month we will make an online screening on our official site. The show will be public so everyone can see these awesome movies. Selected finalist films will be included on this screening. After the screening of the films, we will reveal our winners at the end of the screening.

Awards & Prizes

Every month our winners will have their online certificates. All selected films will have their movie reviews written from our jury's. You can use these reviews for your films promotion.

Rules & Terms

Rules and Terms:
After you complete your submission to our festival, It will be certain that you read all of our rules and terms, and you have accepted them. Our Rules and Terms are;

1) After the submission is complete there will be no refund from our festival.
2) If your film has any kind of copyright isue. (such as used soundtrack, or screenplay etc) Our festival won't be responsible for any kind of copyright problem. Every film has to be %100 original or %100 copyright claimed, if your film has a copyright isue, producer/director of the film will be responsible and your film can be disqualified.
3) After the submission is complete, filmmakers accepts that they have willingly submited and they cannot argue on our jury's decisions. Our jury is independent and they are rating these movies with they're free will.
4) By submiting your film, you are letting our festival to use your film in promotion. This means that we will have a permition to screen your film on our YouTube channel, and we can use clips or photos from your film at our Instagram account and on our official website.
5) All films has to have an English subtitles exported on the film itself. If a film doesn't has subtitles, we will contact the filmmaker from their emails. If filmmakers won't send us the subtitled version, their film will be disqualified.
6) All short films under 30 minutes will be considered as Short Films, so if your film is over then 30 minutes, you cannot submit to our festival.
7) All projects must be submitted via a password-protected Vimeo link attached to your submission or uploaded directly to FilmFreeway. We will download your film from these options.

It was a real pleasure to share my film John alone with the festival they are really very attentive and respectful of the work of the directors they also make on their side an exceptional work for a festival which I make a point of underlining because it is something of rare this is really a sincere and honest criticism of what I felt of my passage by this festival that I highly recommend you in all sincerity Jeremy Circus for John alone.
