Hello IQFF Family!

We heard your requests and we are finally back for season 4 that will only be bigger and better! As quarantine mandates have been lifted in most parts of the world, we would love to announce our name change from the International Quarantine Film Festival to the International Creator's Festival. With this name change comes a new era for us as we look to inspire creativity and cultural integration from creators all over the globe.

In our bid to do this, we will be holding our event annually in a different country so as to spread the various stories we receive from you all over the globe! We are pleased to announce that our first physical edition will be taking place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The program will bring together loads of filmmakers all over the world for a three-day event that includes screening, tour days and a cultural show. Futher details on the event will be communicated in due time.

Awards & Prizes

The finalists will all receive finalist certificates and laurels.
The winners will receive winner's certificates and trophies!
A $100 cash prize will be awarded to the winners of the Adult Short Film category.

Rules & Terms

The film must be between 20 seconds and 20 minutes.
The film must be in English or have English subtitles.
The film must not contain any copyrighted content (Music, videos etc.)
The film must have been completed after March 2022
Students should submit in the student's category while adults should submit in the adult category.
Depiction of sexual acts in films is discouraged in our festival.
The film can be phone or camera made.
Films from any country are accepted.
Films of all genres are accepted.
By submitting you accept the use of your film for marketing purposes if selected.
Be as creative and interesting as possible.
FILMS FROM PREVIOUS EDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
Films that do not abide by the set rules will be disqualified.
Strict no refund policy applied.

    A great festival that gives a good platform to participate and share their work to the community. The weekly voting scale is a nice idea - giving further opportunity to move toward the first place position and really brings out the competitive aspect and gives a fair chance to come out as a victor. The competition also rewards the competitors and does a fantastic job to make sure everyone's work is acknowledged and appreciated. A nice touch! Overall I loved the experience and was honored to be selected. I highly recommended this festival and look forward to participating in this platform in the future.
