Welcome to the Grand Teton Film Festival!
We are dedicated to the following three goals that are the core of our efforts:
Good things happen when the best-of-the-best engage in a common goal. At the Grand Teton Film Festival, we encourage filmmakers to get to know each other by providing a place where ideas and friendships can be founded.
There is no substitute for the thrill of seeing your hard work up on the big screen and watching the reaction of audience members. The Grand Teton Film Festival seeks to provide all levels of filmmakers with this unique experience.
Grand Teton Film Festival is dedicated to providing education for beginning or intermediate filmmakers by enlisting industry professionals to teach hands-on workshops that will empower and encourage participants to create.
The Grand Teton Film Festival is made possible by the generosity of many individuals, businesses, and organizations. We highly value our relationship with these good people who desire to support the art of filmmaking and celebrate those who create it. The Festival is also powered by many amazing volunteers that bring their time and talents together to make something great. As the festival continues to grow more and more each year, we dedicate ourselves to supporting the filmmaker and seeking new opportunities.

Response from festival:
Thanks Dustin! We're sad that we weren't able to meet in person, but nonetheless we were grateful to screen "Black Pool" at the festival. Thanks to your incredible editor as well who produced a clean version for us to exhibit. I know that was a lot of extra work that did not go unappreciated. Hopefully we'll get the chance to screen another of your films down the road!
Response from festival:
Thank you, Loki. It was great having you with us. Yes, we did have a few hiccups our first year and are well on our way to improve things for next season. We apologize for not being able to accommodate Q&A this year. That is something that we had originally planned to do, but a couple of venues we had planned on using became unavailable in the weeks leading up to the festival even though we had them booked over a year in advance. This meant we needed to push more films into the Paramount which resulted in shorter times for workshops and film screenings. We also did not expect almost 50 films for our first year. It was both exciting and a bit overwhelming! Thank you again for coming!
Response from festival:
Elizabeth it was great meeting you at the festival. Thank you so much for coming and for sharing your feedback. As you can imagine, we had a lot of hiccups our first time and some things we had carefully planned for fell through at the last minute due to so much going on, venue changes, the need to accommodate other groups, etc. So we realize that some things were not exactly ideal or did not happen the way anyone expected. Also, I apologize about your experience meeting William Joseph prior to the show. We had planned to do the concert at a different venue where we had a room set aside for a meet and greet. However, the new venue did not have a suitable location for a pre-show visit. We tried to accommodate everything the best way we could. We're glad you still had a great time and we hope that you come back to visit us next year!
