ITA - Fuoricampo Cinema Giovane FilmFest è promosso da "Artu" Associazione Genitori, in collaborazione con "Mirabilia" Associazione Culturale e gli Istituti Comprensivi di Roma “Ennio Morricone” e “Via Nicola M. Nicolai”.
Nato dall’entusiasmo delle pluriennali attività cinematografiche promosse all’interno della realtà scolastica, il Fuoricampo FilmFest vuole offrire ai giovani filmmaker (di età non superiore ai 19 anni) e alle scuole di ogni ordine e grado l’opportunità di presentare in pubblico le proprie opere. L’obiettivo, infatti, è quello di valorizzare l’arte cinematografica attraverso i lavori degli autori in erba e i prodotti realizzati all'interno delle scuole. Il concorso, tuttavia, è aperto anche ai filmmaker over 19 che abbiano però impiegato bambini o ragazzi come protagonisti del proprio film.

ENG - "Fuoricampo Cinema Giovane FilmFest" is promoted by the “Artu Parents Association” in Rome, in collaboration with "Mirabilia" Cultural Association and the Comprehensive Institutes "Ennio Morricone" and "Via Nicola M. Nicolai" (Rome). Considering the years of experiences in promoting cinematographic workshops, the Association would like to offer young filmmakers (no older than 19 years of age) and schools of any order and level the opportunity to present in public their works. From this year the competition is also open to filmmakers who use children or young people as protagonists of their films. The objective, in fact, is to value the cinematographic art through the works of promising young artists and the products developed within schools.

Awards & Prizes

È previsto un premio in denaro del valore di € 300 per il primo classificato della Categoria CinemaGiovane e un premio del valore di €200 per i primi classificati delle categorie CortoScuola e CortoRagazzi.

There will be a cash prize of €300 for the first place winner in the CinemaGiovane category and a prize of €200 for the first place winners in the CortoScuola and CortoRagazzi categories.

Rules & Terms

ITA - Il Festival prevede 3 categorie:

- CORTORAGAZZI (riservata ai filmmaker under 19);
- CORTOSCUOLA (riservata alle scuole, con l'opportuna distinzione tra i vari gradi);
- CINEMAGIOVANE (riservata ai filmmakers over 19 che abbiano impiegato giovani attori protagonisti di età non superiore ai 19 anni).

Il concorso prevede una selezione dei lavori pervenuti, effettuata insindacabilmente dalla Direzione del Festival, che terrà conto del valore artistico e culturale delle opere, oltre che del numero massimo di ore di proiezione in programma. Le opere verranno presentate, commentate e proiettate durante la rassegna finale che si terrà a Roma tra Febbraio e Marzo 2025 (ulteriori informazioni verranno comunicate sia sul sito web del Festival sia tramite e-mail a ciascuno dei partecipanti).

• Ogni scuola, associazione o filmmaker può partecipare inviando un massimo di un’opera per autore, corredata dell'apposita scheda d’iscrizione.
• Sono ammessi lavori di fiction (di qualsiasi genere) e altri prodotti audiovisivi di tipo narrativo.
• Il tema è libero.
• Ogni cortometraggio, inoltre, deve presentare le seguenti caratteristiche:
- DURATA: non superiore ai 15 minuti (titoli di testa e coda inclusi);
- LINGUA: italiana (le opere in altre lingue devono essere sottotitolate in italiano);
- FORMATO: MOV – MPEG.

ENG - The Festival provides 3 categories:

- CortoRagazzi (reserved to individual filmmakers under 19 years);
- CinemaGiovane (reserved to filmmakers who use children or young people - no older than 19 years of age - as protagonists of their films);
- CortoScuola (reserved to schools, with the proper distinction among the various levels).

The contest provides a selection of the submitted works, compiled unquestionably by the Festival Management, that will weigh artistic and cultural values of the works, and the maximum number of hours of projection in the program. The selected works will be presented, commented and projected in Rome between February and March 2025 (more details will be communicated both on the Festival website and via email to each participant).

• Every school, associations or filmmaker can participate by sending a maximum of one work, together with the entry form.
• Works of fiction (of any kind) and other narrative audiovisual works are admissible.
• Open theme.
• Also, every short needs to comply with the following characteristics:
- DURATION: no longer than 15 minutes (opening and closing credits included);
- LANGUAGE: Italian (foreign language works need to have Italian subtitles);
- FORMAT: MOV – MPEG.

    Fuori campo film festival è stata un esperienza molto positiva . Un piccolo festival organizzato molto bene, attento ai giovani e al coinvolgimento diretto dei ragazzi . Onorato di aver partecipato e di aver ricevuto i premi con il nostro corto MA TUTTO QUESTO ALICE NON LO SA?!
