Frank van der Meijden (1978) is a Dutch director and screenwriter. His short film Room Available is awarded several times at international film festivals. At this moment he is working on his second production as a director.
He is a parttime lecturer of applied sciences in Communication. He also composes music, publishes suspense fiction and writes scripts.
In the past 20 years he has written (and published) numerous short suspense stories, a horror novel and non fiction in The Netherlands.
Originally he is a journalist and linguist. Later on he worked in the communication profession for the Dutch police.
He wants to go abroad with his scriptwriting.
