Fethiye Film Festival (FFF) is a young film festival happening in Fethiye, Mugla, TURKEY. Fethiye is at southwest of Turkey. It is a cute, warm, popular touristic region of the country.
FFF is an organization of FEFSAD (Fethiye Fotoğraf ve Sinema Derneği) which means Fethiye Photography and Cinema Association. FEFSAD organized the first Fethiye Film Festival on 7-10 December 2023 with 35 film screenings and 5 activities. All the screenings and activities were free of charge.
2nd Fethiye Film Festival will be happening on 20-24 of November 2024. This year the number of film screenings and activities will be more and international and free of charge.

Festival screening films will be chosen by the selection committee of six people whose names are;

- Çiğdem Alaca

The committee is also responsible from creating the festival screening programme.

Fethiye Film Festivali (FFF), Türkiye'nin Fethiye, Muğla bölgesinde 2023'de ilki gerçekleşen genç bir film festivalidir.

FFF, Fethiye Fotoğraf ve Sinema Derneği'nin (FEFSAD) bir organizasyonudur. FEFSAD olarak, 7-10 Aralık 2023 tarihlerinde 35 film gösterimi ve 5 etkinlikle ilk Fethiye Film Festivali'ni düzenlendi. Tüm gösterimler ve etkinlikler ücretsizdi.

2. Fethiye Film Festivali, 20-24 Kasım 2024 tarihlerinde gerçekleşecek. Bu yıl film gösterimleri ve etkinliklerin sayısı daha fazla olacak ve uluslararası katılımlı ve ücretsiz olacaktır.

Festivalde gösterilecek filmler, altı kişilik bir seçim komitesi tarafından seçilecektir. Film Seçki Komitesi Üyeleri:

Fethiye Film Festivali, yarışmasız bir film gösterim festivalidir. Festival boyunca film gösterimlerinin yanı sıra sinema dünyasından konusunda uzman kişiler tarafından gerçekleştirilen konferanslar, paneller, atölyeler ve interaktif aktiviteler düzenlenmektedir. Tüm film gösterimleri ve etkinlikler ücretsizdir.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION AND APPLICATION TO THE FESTIVAL
• Festival application is open to
- international filmmakers (Directors or Producers): in category of animation and experimental short films
- turkish filmmakers (Directors or Producers): in category of documantary and fiction short films
• The authors of the films accept that they have all the legal and penal liability for the copyrights of the films.
• Any copyright issues that may arise from the use of non-original texts, images, music, etc. in films are the liability of the owners of films.
• The production year of the film to apply for the festival must be 2023 and later.
• Participants may submit more than one work to the festival. For each work must be applied separately.
• The duration of the works in the genres of Fiction, Experimental and Animation cannot be more than 20 minutes (including the credits).
• The duration of films in the documentary genre should not be more than 30 minutes (including the credits).
• The authors and owners of films which have previously taken part in a national or international festival or received an award may also submit their films and it is not an obstacle for them to apply for this festival.

TERMS OF APPLICATION TO THE FESTIVAL
• Please be sure that you have the necessary documents written below which will be demanded if you are selected for the screening;

- The screening copy of the film (DCP)
- Trailer of the film (Maximum 2 minutes)
- Poster of the film (In the format of A3 or A4)
- Synopsis of the film
- English/Turkish subtitle

• Technical details of the selected films (poster, trailer and synopsis) may be introduced and shown on the internet pages or social media platforms of the festival for promotional purposes.
• Unless the equipment stated above are submitted to the festival management by authors and owners of the works within the specified dates, the selected committee has the right to remove the related film from the festival program.

• Festivale başvuru yapacak eserlerin sahipleri (yönetmen- yapımcı), eserin gösterim için seçilmesi halinde aşağıda istenilen bilgilere sahip olmalıdır;
- Filmin gösterim kopyası (DCP)
- Filmin fragmanı (Maksimum 2 dakika)
- Filmin afişi (A3 ya da A4 formatında)
- Filmin sinopsisi
- Filmin ingilizce alt yazısı

• Festivale seçilen eserin teknik bilgileri (afiş, fragman ve sinopsis) tanıtım amaçlı festivalin internet sayfası ya da sosyal medya hesaplarında gösterilebilir.
• Yukarıda belirtilen materyallerin istenilen tarihte eser sahiplerinin festival yönetimine
sunmaması halinde seçici kurul eseri festival programından çıkarma hakkına sahiptir
