Fantastic Festival to be part of. Thanks for sharing our work.

  • Olga Bolmatova

This is a great growing festival, I highly recommend it.
Keram and Stephanie, the organizers, are very friendly, caring, and passionate evangelists of XR art.
It was very productive for us to participate in it in 2022. Besides sharing our work worldwide online, it was a possibility to engage in valuable conversation with Keram on socially sensitive concepts represented in our work.
From a technical point of view, as of Spring 2022, they built a state-of-the-art WebXR engine for the world's highest quality 360 video screening. The organizers worked hard on the accommodation of our technically demanding content - and it went out brilliant.

  • Where to begin? As a first-time VR creator, FIVARS welcomed me with open-arms, took a risk by embracing my conceptual work, and hosted me with a rare combination of technical virtuosity, analytical insight, and, yes, even emotional support and solidarity. Many thanks to Keram Malicki-Sanchez and Stephanie Greenall for making me feel so welcome, appreciated, and understood. I learned countless lessons about virtual and interactive storytelling in just a few short days, was blown away by the quality of the diverse creativity of the official selection, and remain in awe of the organizers' ability to create such an immersive and engaging WebXR space that facilitated frequent connections between creators and attendees...all while constantly trouble-shooting and improving the experience along the way in real time. FIVARS is the best and doesn't rest!
