Cash Prize for the Winner: In recognition of outstanding filmmaking talent, Euboea International Short Film Festival awards a generous cash prize of 2000 euros to the winner of the festival and two more cash prizes. The competitive spirit adds an element of suspense and anticipation, encouraging filmmakers to showcase their best work and pushing the boundaries of creativity.

Open Summer Cinema Venue: Our festival takes place in a unique open-air cinema venue right by the seaside, in Chalkida, Greece, just an hour away from Athens.

Live Screenings: Experience the magic of cinema on the big screen with live screenings of carefully curated short films. For that reason, we offer hospitality to some of the directors whose films will be selected, as we cover part or all of their travel expenses to visit Chalkida and accommodation as well.
