Main aim of our developing international short film festival in RIGA is to increase interest in short film format, create new audiences for short films and organize unique cinema experiences and special short films programmings for festival's visitors;

We bring to RIGA best short films from all around the world!

All our events and screenings are taking place annually since 2019 in the art house cinema KINO BIZE located in the very central part of colorful Latvian capital RIGA;

We are here to give a voice for international filmmakers and bring their creative short films to wide audiences in Latvia because we believe in the power of short films stories.

Festival shows short films of all styles and special film programmes;

We present more than 40 international short film productions of different genres (fiction, animation, documentary and experiment) from all around the world to the Latvian audiences;

The festival is aiming to become an active multicultural and meeting cinema platform for audiences and filmakers in RIGA focused on presentations of creative short film productions from all over the world;

The planned programmings of this socially engaged film festival will touch different up-to-date social topics of educational character (film education);

EUROPANORAMA film days international short film festival in RIGA celebrates and promotes short films made by talented filmmakers from all over the world highlighting new and creative works of emerging filmmakers;

Best Short Film Award (TBA)

We invite filmmakers and short films producers from Europe, Baltics, Nordics and from around the whole world to submit their short films entries to our festival;

We accept short films productions of all genres (animation, fiction, documentary, experiment, music, dance) completed after 2020;

All films under 30 min. in all genres will be considered;

Eligible formats for screening copies of selected films to be screened during the festival is .MP4 or .MOV files ready for professional cinema screenings;

Screening copy must be in English or subtitled in English;

No screening fee for selected films;

By submitting the film, you agree to the screening of the film at the festival, if the film is selected into final programmings;

Only films submitted with properly paid and covered official entry fees will be considered for final programming selections;

All entry fees are non-refundable;
