The Cine Circle Filmmaking Festival focuses on providing resources and opportunities for independent filmmakers to screen their films as well as develop and bring their films to life. It combines everything from short film screenings, film pitching competitions with funding prizes, workshops, seminars and a ton of networking!

SHORT FILM SCREENINGS
Enjoy a selection of independent short films.

Come along to explore new short films, pitch your own, as well as meet and network with like-minded indie filmmakers, actors, film financiers and indie-film marketing specialists. Whether you’re on the hunt for cast and crew, new projects, or are looking to explore your financing and marketing options, this is the perfect time and place to discuss it all! The Festival will be taking place at 93 Feet East in the heart of Brick Lane. We welcome everyone to attend, whether you’re a film lover, filmmaker with heaps of experience or are completely new to the industry.

Throughout the year we hold film networking events, with speakers, short film screenings, workshops and seminars as well as pitching competitions that have been attended by thousands of indie filmmakers. This will combine it all into one massive event.

  • An excellent festival that I was proud to be a part of this year! Despite the obstacles of the pandemic, they put on a really good virtual show with informative panels, a really good networking format and an excellent selection of films. I hope to be back soon, thanks for the opportunity!!

Excellent film festival giving you the opportunity to grow as a writer.
I was fortunate enough my script "MR TALENT" got officially selected and therefore I was offered the opportunity to pitch my concept.
Especially as a writer, you shouldn't miss out on opportunities to practice your presentation/ pitch.

I highly recommend submitting and to attend even if your script or film is not officially selected.

This festival was a blast! For a small first year festival, it had a lot going on and was a great way to network with people and learn different aspects of filmmaking.

My short film, SMART HOME, premiered there and while I wish the venue was a little more like a cinema for screening (it’s a large screen in a large room with foldable chairs), the venue was great for other activities like networking, pitch, and listening to the speakers in various rooms that were set up.

It was great hearing different pitches from filmmakers and even though I botched my own, it was a great experience testing out my own ideas.

Would highly recommend to submit to and attend, which I will definitely be doing next year!
