Bayram graduated from the master's program in the Department of Cinema and Television at Aydın Adnan Menderes University. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Radio Television and Cinema in the same university in 2020. In 2016 he completed another degree in Radio-Television in Giresun University. He was born in Erzincan Turkey on 11th October 1995. He completed the primary and secondary schools in Erzincan. He creates Fiction and Documentary movies. His movies appeared in international film festivals. His last movie in 2020 Our Only Home with raised the voices of Afro Turks.
