Only works produced after the 1st of January 2022 are eligible for the competition.

▪ Section A) “Film on Art” - Documentary films dedicated to Art in any form (visual art, architecture, dance, music…), biographies, historical reconstruction work, critical interpretation on the protagonists of Art.

▪ Section B) ”Art films” - Audiovisual works created with any technology used as an instrument of artistic expression (Video Art, Video Dance, Animation, Music Video…).

▪ Section C) "Video Art" - Short works and very short works realized with any symbolic language using the rhetoric of metapohr, allegory, synedoche.

▪ Section D) "Animated Movie" - Works of any temporary duration executed with the technique of moving images in rapid temporary sucession.

▪ Section E) “First Impressions˝ - First Impressions is a laboratory, an exploration that aims to capture audiovisual productions by students from Italian and international art academies, film schools and universities.

▪ Section F) Best Biography "Anniversary of Art" - In 2026, the art world will celebrate three remarkable anniversaries: the 100th anniversary of the death of Claude
Monet, the father of Impressionism whose vision forever changed modern art; the 150th anniversary of the birth of Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, founder of Futurism; and Constantin Brâncuși, the trailblazing pioneer of modernist sculpture. Special selection dedicated to films and audiovisuals works that explore, reimagine or pay tribute to the life, creations and legacy of these artists.

▪ Special prize 1) "Italiae" - Audiovisual works with a focus on Italian heritage and on the different aspects of Italian culture (works of art, villages, landscapes, local culture, traditions etc ...).

▪ Special prize 2) "Sound Landscapes" - Dedicated to the unspeakable universe of complete sound-making of a movie, from ambient sounds to the music theme.
