    Dear Karim,

    Your film was screened at the festival last month - our festival dates are listed on this page and we sent you a notification for the season you applied for before the event. This is standard. You sent us an Email 11 days ago. As we have a team of two people, it is difficult to respond to the overwhelming number of emails we receive every day immediately. I apologise we were unable to respond immediately, however as we selected your film and did send you a notification of selection in accordance to Filmfreeway, I'd ask you to rethink your review.
