Karim Araman was born on June 21, 1977 in Beirut , Lebanon, He is a producer, director and Editor known for “The Last Exodus” (2013) a documentary about the Christians in the Middle east.
He studied Filmmaking at the “Academie Libanaise des Beaux Arts”, since then He has been working as a Producer / Director for several Local and Regional TV Stations.
His Experience in TV production started in LBCI in 2002 as an assistant producer with several programs like “Bus Stop” (2002) “La kel Jaweb Hseib”(2003)” Star Academy season 1” (2003) and then passed to Al RAI TV in Kuwait as a producer to launch the station with 3 Major Programs: “Raicom Chabab”(2003/ still airing), “Matbakh Al Machahir”(2003), and “Al Rai al Makchouf”(2004).
Back Then in 2005 he moved to Qatar and was among the members that Launched the “Al Jazeera Children’s Channel “in Qatar with the French company“Lagardere Images International”as a producer of the well-known and awarded TV program Al Darb (2005 -2008).
Karim produced many TV programs in several production houses in Lebanon and the Middle east: “ SL Cast , MTV Lebanon 2009”,
Besides being a TV Producer, he also directed/ produced documentaries:“ The Last Exodus” screened in Lebanon, Canada, Germany and France , “Fi Hodn Al Rih “ screened on Al Arabiya TV .
Since 2011, Karim has been a RADIO TV instructor, coordinator at the “Lebanese International University” and still working on Social media video campaigns, TV Documentaries and animation contents.
Before COVID 19 , Karim Wrote and Directed the Short Movie Clustifer depicting the state of mind of a Cluster Headache Patient.

Since 2020, Karim Araman is the Festival Director of Monthly Indie Shorts , a prestigious Monthly Virtual Film Festival
