Apollo Global Music Awards (AGMA)

* Multiple entries from the same submitter are accepted.

* You can submit to multiple categories.

* We welcome any style, genre, subject matter, low or high budget, creative work.

* All entry fees are non-refundable.

* By submitting, you give the Apollo Global Music Awards (AGMA) the right to retain copies of each project as part of our festival archives & the non-exclusive right to reproduce your submission or part of it at any ceremony, physical or virtual, that we may hold, it may be shown on our social networks for the purposes of the festival or its promotion.

* AGMA places no restrictions on the age of a composition. Participants are free to submit works of any period, whether newly written or from the past. The date of composition has no impact on evaluation or judging.

* In order to be eligible for an award, you must have the proper rights to nominate your project. For example, you must be an artist, director, producer, studio, label, or any other entity associated with the project.
By submitting a project, you represent & warrant that you have the right & authority to do so, & that your submission does not infringe any copyright or other proprietary right of any third party.
Entrants agree that they have obtained all necessary copyright permissions for any music, sound, images, etc. presented in their project.

This is expressly the sole responsibility of the person submitting the work.

* Submissions must be original works created entirely by human artists.
Works generated or composed using artificial intelligence tools are not eligible.

* Only entries with completed entry forms & entry fee will be accepted.

* All entries must be received by the final deadline to be considered.

* For the Best Lyrics category, you must include a copy of the lyrics.

* Once your entry is received, it will undergo a multi-layered judging process that includes listener impact, technical quality, uniqueness & styling. Entries deemed to be potential winners may be sent to outside judges for additional review.

* The decision of the Festival Selection Committee is final.

* The organizers reserve the right to change, cancel or reschedule the dates, venue, awards & categories without consent or notice to contestants.

* Οrganizers reserve the right not to award any or all prizes.

* Each participant will receive the results & any information by email.

* All Selected - Semi-Finalist - Finalist - Nominated projects will receive the Official Laurels via email.

* All winners will receive Official Laurels & Certificates via email & the physical Apollo Global Music Awards (AGMA) award will be sent free of charge.

* The winning projects will be presented in a highlight video screening at the Calibra - Votanikos art center in Athens. AGMA will not receive any financial benefit from this, and entry is free. Artists are not required or obligated to attend the event, and this will not affect their participation in our Awards in any way.
