Connecting the wisdom of the past with the voices of future generations through film.
I am a filmmaker, producer, cultural advocate, and member of the Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio. I am the founder of the Stone Bread Film Project (Russia, 2013–2023) and Planet Frame: International Youth Film Festival & Anthology (USA).
For more than a decade, my work has focused on preserving historical memory, fostering cultural dialogue, empowering young people, and promoting environmental awareness through cinema. My films have been screened and recognized at international film festivals in Bulgaria, China, Russia, and other countries.
A defining feature of my projects is the involvement of children and teenagers with no previous acting or filmmaking experience. I believe that young people bring a unique honesty, openness, and emotional authenticity to storytelling. Through the filmmaking process, they develop empathy, responsibility, teamwork, and creative confidence while becoming active participants in preserving cultural heritage and sharing meaningful stories.
Between 2013 and 2023, I organized more than 30 film expeditions to remote historical sites and mountainous regions, producing documentary and narrative films inspired by real events. During this period, I also held more than 50 public screenings, educational presentations, and community discussions.
In 2025, I launched Planet Frame: International Youth Film Festival & Anthology in North Carolina, USA. This international initiative brings together young voices through environmental storytelling and creative expression, encouraging participants to reflect on the future of our planet, sustainability, and their role in shaping a more responsible world.
Through my work, I seek to connect historical memory, youth engagement, and environmental awareness, using cinema as a tool for education, empathy, and positive social impact.

Mountaineering, film expeditions, and working with young people have been an important part of my life and professional journey. I successfully summited Mount Elbrus (5,642 m / 18,510 ft), the highest peak in Europe, and Mount Kazbek (5,033 m / 16,512 ft), located on the border between Russia and Georgia.
From 2013 to 2023, I organized more than 30 film expeditions across the Caucasus and other remote historical routes. Teenagers not only participated in filmmaking but also completed challenging mountain treks, lived in field conditions, learned teamwork, decision-making, and how to overcome difficulties. These expeditions helped foster resilience, responsibility, and respect for history, culture, and the natural world.
I believe that cinema can be not only an art form but also a powerful educational tool. Today, I continue this mission through Planet Frame Film Lab in North Carolina. I mentor teenagers and students with no previous filmmaking experience, helping them create their own short films, video essays, and popular science projects focused on environmental issues, natural phenomena, water resources, local ecosystems, and sustainability.
Through these projects, participants learn how to observe and investigate the world around them, conduct research, develop stories, and transform scientific observations into engaging and meaningful films. For many, it is their first experience discovering the power of documentary storytelling as a tool for learning, creativity, and public dialogue.
Whether filming in the mountains of the Caucasus or guiding students through contemporary environmental film labs, my goal remains the same: to help young people find their voice, develop empathy and responsibility, and become active and thoughtful contributors to society through cinema.
