Regulamento -
I – Apresentação
Evento único no Brasil com edição anual, o Festival AMAZÔNIA DOC 3em1 propõe nesta 6ª edição um espaço de imersão no cinema feito por mulheres da Pan-Amazônia, aberto a discussões, reflexões e ações para a promoção dessa produção cinematográfica dos países que compõe esse território.
O Festival AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA visa contribuir com a valorização do produto audiovisual do gênero documentário dirigido por mulheres. Tem como missão dar visibilidade às histórias contadas através de um olhar feminino amazônico. Do mesmo modo, busca exaltar a contribuição do trabalho da mulher na produção audiovisual, envolvendo o público para que apoie cineastas, roteiristas, fotógrafas, editoras e todas as formas de talentos femininos do audiovisual Pan-Amazônico.
Este é um festival que aceita apenas filmes dirigidos por cineastas mulheres ― cis ou transgênero ― produzidos nos territórios dos países que compõem a totalidade da Amazônia.
O Festival traz em sua programação duas (02) mostras de caráter competitivo: MOSTRA COMPETITIVA PAN-AMAZÔNICA, que aceita filmes curtas, médias e longas produzidos ou coproduzidos por quaisquer dos 9 países da Pan-Amazônia (Brasil, Bolívia, Peru, Equador, Colômbia, Venezuela, Guiana, Suriname e Guiana Francesa), e a MOSTRA COMPETITIVA AMAZÔNIA LEGAL, para filmes curtas, médias e longas produzidos somente nos estados brasileiros que compõem a Amazônia Legal.
II – Meta e principais objetivos
A democratização do acesso da produção audiovisual de documentários do território Pan-Amazônico é o principal foco do FESTIVAL AMAZÔNIA DOC 3 em 1. A 1ª edição do FESTIVAL AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA está agregada na programação oficial do FESTIVAL AMAZÔNIA DOC 3 em 1 que tem previsão de ser realizado no 2º SEMESTRE DE 2020 em datas à definir e tendo como sede a cidade de Belém do Pará, tem como objetivo principal divulgar o cinema Pan-Amazônico de curta e longas-metragens dirigido por mulheres, possibilitar o intercâmbio para a produção realizada em todos os países Pan-Amazônicos, além de discutir meios e estratégias para a produção, realização e distribuição da produção audiovisual e para a formação de plateia para o cinema brasileiro e Pan-Amazônico. Promoverá mostras, oficinas, bate-papos e debates.
III – Inscrições
1) A ZFILMES PRODUÇÕES e INSTITUTO CULTA DA AMAZÔNIA RECEBERÃO INSCRIÇÕES PARA A 1ª EDIÇÃO DO FESTIVAL AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA NO PERÍODO de 20 de Abril a 30 de Maio de 2020, ATÉ ÀS 23Hs 59Min (HORÁRIO DE BRASÍLIA).
2) A inscrição é gratuita e deve ser feita, exclusivamente, através da Plataforma FilmFreeway (https://filmfreeway.com/Amazonas)
2.1 A candidata deverá seguir todos os passos e procedimentos sugeridos na plataforma. Os custos associados ao uso da plataforma mencionada são da responsabilidade da utilizadora, bem como o respeito e preenchimento de todos os dados solicitados para completar a inscrição. O festival poderá adicionar novas plataformas de inscrição de filmes no decorrer do período de inscrições para a edição 2020.
3)ESTÃO APTAS A SEREM INSCRITAS OBRAS FINALIZADAS A PARTIR DE 1º DE JANEIRO DE 2018 e que tenham cópia de exibição em formato de acordo com as especificações técnicas previstas neste regulamento.
4) Para a 1ª Mostra Competitiva, estão aptos a serem inscritos documentários curtas e médias metragens (de até 51 minutos) e Telefilmes/longas-metragens (com mínimo de 52 minutos).
4.1 Serão realizadas duas Mostras Competitivas: PAN-AMAZÔNICA e AMAZÔNIA LEGAL, cada uma delas separadas em duas categorias: uma de curtas e médias-metragens (filmes com até 51 minutos) e outra apenas para telefilmes/longa-metragem (filmes com mínimo de 52 minutos):
• MOSTRA COMPETITIVA PAN-AMAZÔNICA, que aceita filmes produzidos ou coproduzidos por quaisquer dos 9 países da Pan-Amazônia (Brasil, Bolívia, Peru, Equador, Colômbia, Venezuela, Guiana, Suriname e Guiana Francesa), e a
• MOSTRA COMPETITIVA AMAZÔNIA LEGAL, para filmes produzidos somente nos estados brasileiros que compõem a Amazônia Legal (Pará, Amazonas, Acre, Amapá, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Roraima e Tocantins).
5)Os filmes falados em outra língua que não o PORTUGUÊS devem ser inscritos acompanhados de legendas em português ou inglês.
6)Serão premiados, em cada categoria, o melhor filme pelo critério do Júri , melhor filme pelo voto popular e um prêmio de Honra ao Mérito para ambas as categorias, de acordo com o Júri Oficial.
7) As obras inscritas não poderão ter sido exibidas nas edições anteriores do Festival.
8) Não há número máximo ou qualquer outro tipo de limitação referente a quantidade de filmes inscritos por um mesmo responsável, diretor ou produtora.
9) Não serão mais aceitas cópias em mídia física para a INSCRIÇÃO.

11) No caso de filmes com inscrição em duplicidade será considerada apenas a primeira ficha de inscrição recebida pela organização 1º Festival AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA.
12) Todos os campos sinalizados como item obrigatório (apontados na plataforma de inscrição) devem ser preenchidos, sob pena de não conclusão de inscrição;
13) É vedada a inscrição de filmes que não estejam concluídos até o prazo limite de inscrição estipulado pela organização do Festival AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA.
14) Os filmes inscritos que tenham sido realizados fora do Estado do Pará (Brasil) deverão ser inéditos em Mostras competitivas no Estado do Pará. Filmes já exibidos ou em exibição no circuito comercial não serão aceitos, assim como filmes disponíveis em links abertos (YOUTUBE, VIMEO ou equivalentes).
15) A inscrição será confirmada após a submissão pelo proponente e recebimento de e-mail automático de confirmação.
16) Qualquer falha técnica percebida no site durante a inscrição do filme deverá ser imediatamente comunicada à produção do 1º Festival AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA através do e-mail amazonasdocinema@zfilmes.com.br para que as devidas providências sejam tomadas. Enfatizamos, porém, que não nos responsabilizaremos por eventuais falhas quando a inscrição for realizada no último dia do prazo previsto neste regulamento.
III – Seleção
17) A lista de obras selecionadas pela curadoria será divulgada no site do Festival (www.amazoniadoc.com.br/amazonas) até o dia 30 de junho de 2020 sendo esse prazo prorrogável a critério da organização do festival. A seleção da obra também será notificada através da Plataforma FilmFreeway.
17.1 Para os filmes produzidos nos estados brasileiros que compõem a Amazônia Legal (Pará, Amazonas, Acre, Amapá, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Roraima e Tocantins), e que forem inscritos nas Mostras Pan-Amazônia, estes poderão, à critério da Comissão de Curadoria, serem selecionados para participar da Mostra Amazônia Legal, na categoria referente à sua metragem.
18) Os responsáveis pelos filmes selecionados deverão enviar a cópia de exibição, quando solicitado pela coordenação do festival, nas seguintes especificações técnicas:
a) Formatos:
– DCP aberto;
– MOV ou MP4, codec H264
b) Áudio:
O Áudio poderá ser STEREO (L/R – DOIS CANAIS) ou 5.1. No caso de 5.1 os canais deverão, estar na track 1 da seguinte sequência:
– canal 1 – left (esquerda frontal);
– canal 2 – center (centro frontal);
– canal 3 – right (direito frontal);
– canal 4 – surround left (lateral esquerda plateia);
– canal 5 – surround right (lateral direita plateia)
– canal 6 – subwoofer/lfe (graves frontais)
c) Resolução: Full HD (1920×1080);
d) Legenda: Em PORTUGUÊS, quando o filme não for falado nesta língua. A legenda pode ser incorporada ou em arquivo .srt anexo (para as cópias em H264)
19) Qualquer formato de arquivo encaminhado fora do padrão recomendado será tratado pela equipe técnica e estará sujeito a uma renderização ineficiente. O Festival AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA não poderá ser responsabilizada por qualquer problema proveniente desse procedimento.
20) o envio da cópia de exibição (caso ela não tenha sido postada na Plataforma FilmFreeway nas especificações técnicas exigidas acima) poderá ser feita por:
a) Link para download
O responsável pela inscrição deverá informar, logo após a divulgação e notificação de seleção, um link para visualização completa e download na íntegra do filme, nas configurações descritas acima, assim como a senha de acesso, quando for o caso. Não serão aceitos links de transferência de arquivos como WeTransfer, Dropbox, SendSpace, ou qualquer outra ferramenta de alocação de dados que tenha prazo de expiração do link gerado.
b) Suporte físico: Pen Drive, HD Externo
A formatação de HD’s ou pendrives podem ser em MAC “OS”, “NTFS” ou “exFAT”. Sugerimos, preferencialmente, conexão de dados USB3 e nos casos em que houver fonte de alimentação, esta deverá acompanhar o HD externo e será devolvida depois.
21) Logo após a notificação de seleção, é opcional porém importante o envio imediato para o festival de materiais promocionais do filme, como o EPK’s (Electronic Press-Kit), que pode ser enviado via e-mail ou link para download.
22) A responsabilidade do custo de envio das cópias de exibição e o material de divulgação dos filmes selecionados são da realizadora ou da produtora responsável, e deverão ser enviadas para a sede do Festival/escritório da Z Filmes Produções em período à ser definido até o dia 30 de junho de 2020. As cópias devem ser enviadas em envelope lacrado com endereço do remetente atualizado (para devolução).

23) A realizadora deve atentar para INFORMAR CORRETAMENTE o “Endereço de devolução da cópia de exibição”. O Festival não se responsabiliza pelo extravio da cópia na ocasião da devolução caso os dados estejam incompletos, incorretos ou sejam alterados pelo realizador após a inscrição. Os custos de devolução da cópia do filme (HD ou pen drive) é de responsabilidade da organização do Festival.
IV – Outras disposições
24) O convite às realizadoras selecionadas para representarem seus filmes na 1ª EDIÇÃO DO FESTIVAL AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA não será custeada pela organização do Festival. Esta possiblidade ficará sujeita à captação de recursos específicos para essa finalidade junto aos nossos Parceiros/Apoiadores.
25) Condicionada à captação de recursos, a Coordenação/Organização do festival poderá realizar uma versão de Mostra Itinerante da 6ª edição do AMAZÔNIA DOC 3 em 1 em outros municípios do Pará e estados do Brasil. Os filmes programados para a versão itinerante poderão ser escolhidos dentre os selecionados para a 6º edição do Festival AMAZÔNIA DOC, ficando desde já autorizada pela autora/produtora da obra sua exibição sem fins lucrativos.
26) Em caso de filme selecionado, a representante legal do filme inscrito, autoriza a exibição na programação da 6ª edição do Festival de Cinema Amazônia Doc – 1ª edição do Festival As Amazonas do Cinema, bem como a utilização de imagens para fins jornalísticos, divulgação e promoção do evento. Do mesmo modo, autoriza o uso de toda informação presente no formulário de inscrição, além de trechos dos filmes (de até 30 segundos) para divulgação no website do festival, redes sociais e nos veículos de comunicação.
27) PARA OS FILMES DE PRODUÇÃO BRASILEIRA: Conforme Portaria 368/2014 do Ministério da Justiça, os filmes exibidos em mostras e festivais devem praticar a autoclassificação conforme o “Guia Prático da Classificação Indicativa”. É obrigatório o preenchimento, na ficha de inscrição, da classificação indicativa do filme, de acordo com essas normas. A organização do 6º Festival AMAZÔNIA DOC fica responsável por garantir o cumprimento dessa medida podendo, inclusive, alterar essa classificação conforme conveniência do Festival para adequação às normas. 28) Todos os filmes inscritos na 1º edição do Festival As Amazonas do Cinema estarão sujeitos às condições previstas neste regulamento.
29) A proponente “inscrita” é responsável por todas as informações contidas no formulário inscrito. Para concluir sua inscrição, a proponente deve concordar com os termos do Acordo geral de participação no 6º AMAZÔNIA DOC 3 em 1— FESTIVAL PAN-AMAZÔNICO DE CINEMA, apresentado abaixo:
Ao submeter o meu filme declaro que li e aceito as regras e condições gerais da 1ª edição do Festival As Amazonas do Cinema. Estou disposta a fornecer ao festival todas as informações adicionais necessárias de acordo com estas regras e condições gerais. Autorizo a organização do Festival a exibir o meu filme, e se selecionado, eu confirmo que uma cópia de exibição estará disponível em formato digital para exibição durante o Festival até a data previamente acordada 30 dias antes da realização da Mostra. Certifico que detenho todos os direitos necessários para a apresentação deste filme e que todos os direitos e autorizações foram obtidos. Este filme não está sujeito a qualquer litígio, nem está ameaçado por qualquer litígio, assumindo todas as responsabilidades legais. Ao concordar com estes termos, transfiro para a 1ª edição do Festival As Amazonas do Cinema o direito de usar trechos do filme inscrito e suas imagens, para fins de publicidade e marketing do Festival Amazônia Doc 3 em 1 – incluindo à 1ª edição do Festival AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA e para outros usos não comerciais relacionadas com a promoção desta 1ª edição, em 2020, bem como a projeção do mesmo no período à ser definido nos próximos 120 dias. Autorizo, caso venha a ocorrer, a participação do meu filme, caso venha a ser selecionado, na Mostra Itinerante da 1ª edição do AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA, em outros municípios do Pará e estados do Brasil. Estou ciente que essa etapa da Itinerância está condicionada à captação de recursos para a sua realização, mas a exibição da obra ocorrerá sem fins lucrativos.

Rules & Terms.
I - Presentation
Unique event in Brazil with annual edition, the AMAZÔNIA DOC 3in1 Festival proposes in this 6th edition a space for immersion in cinema made by women from Pan-Amazon, open to discussions, reflections and actions to promote this cinematographic production of the countries that make up this territory .
The AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA Festival aims to contribute to the enhancement of the audio-visual product of the documentary genre directed by women. Its mission is to give visibility to the stories told through an Amazonian feminine look. Likewise, it seeks to exalt the contribution of women's work in audio-visual production, involving the public to support filmmakers, screenwriters, photographers, publishers and all forms of female talent in Pan-Amazonian audio-visual.
This is a festival that accepts only films directed by female filmmakers - cis or transgender - produced in the territories of the countries that make up the entire Amazon.
The Festival brings in its program two (02) competitive shows: COMPETITIVE PAN AMAZON SHOW, which accepts short / medium and feature films produced or co-produced by any of the 9 countries in the Pan-Amazon (Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana), and the BRASILIAN AMAZON COMPETITIVE SHOW, for short, medium and feature films produced only in the Brazilian states that make up the Legal Amazon.
II - Goal and main objectives
The democratization of access to the audio-visual production of documentaries in the Pan-Amazonian territory is the main focus of the AMAZON FESTIVAL DOC 3 in 1. The 1st edition of the FESTIVAL AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA is included in the official program of the AMAZÔNIA DOC 3 in 1 FESTIVAL to be held in the 2nd SEMESTER OF 2020 on dates to be defined and having as its headquarters the city of Belém do Pará, its main objective is to promote the Pan-Amazonian cinema of short and feature films directed by women, to enable the exchange for the production carried out in all Pan-Amazon countries, in addition to discussing means and strategies for the production, realization and distribution of audio-visual production and for the formation of audiences for Brazilian and Pan-Amazon cinema. It will promote exhibitions, workshops, chats and debates.
III - Registration
1) ZFILMES PRODUÇÕES and CULTA DA AMAZÔNIA INSTITUTE WILL RECEIVE REGISTRATION FOR THE 1st EDITION OF THE CINEMA AMAZON FESTIVAL IN THE PERIOD from April 20 to May 30, 2020, UNTIL 23H 59MIN (BRAZILIAN TIME).
2) Registration is free and must be done exclusively through the FilmFreeway Platform (https://filmfreeway.com/Amazonas)
2.1 The candidate must follow all the steps and procedures suggested on the platform. The costs associated with the use of the mentioned platform are the responsibility of the user, as well as the respect and filling in all the data requested to complete the registration. The festival will be able to add new film registration platforms during the registration period for the 2020 edition.
3) WORKS ARE SUITABLE TO BE ENROLLED COMPLETED FROM JANUARY 1, 2018, and have a copy of the exhibition in a format in accordance with the technical specifications provided for in this regulation.
4) For the 1st Competitive Exhibition, short and medium documentaries (up to 51 minutes) and telefilms / feature films (with a minimum of 52 minutes) are eligible.
4.1 Two Competitive Shows will be held: PAN-AMAZÔNICA and LEGAL AMAZÔNIA, each separated into two categories: one for short and medium films (films up to 51) and the other only for telefilms / feature films (films with a minimum of 52 minutes) :
• PAN AMAZON COMPETITIVE SHOW, which accepts films produced or co-produced by any of the 9 countries in the Pan-Amazon (Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana), and
• LEGAL AMAZON COMPETITIVE SHOW, for films produced only in the Brazilian states that make up the Legal Amazon (Pará, Amazonas, Acre, Amapá, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Roraima and Tocantins).
5) Films spoken in a language other than PORTUGUESE must be submitted with subtitles in Portuguese or English.
6) In each category, the best film will be awarded at the Jury's discretion, best film by popular vote and an Honor to Merit award for both categories, according to the Official Jury.
7) The registered works must not have been shown in previous editions of the Festival.
8) There is no maximum number or any other type of limitation regarding the number of films submitted by the same person in charge, director or producer.
9) Copies on physical media will no longer be accepted for REGISTRATION.

11) In the case of films with duplicate registration, only the first registration form received by the 1st Festival AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA will be considered.
12) All fields marked as mandatory item (indicated on the registration platform) must be completed, under penalty of not completing the registration;
13) It is forbidden to register films that have not been completed by the registration deadline stipulated by the festival organization AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA.
14) Films submitted outside the State of Pará (Brazil) must be unpublished in Competitive Shows in the State of Pará. Films already shown or being shown on the commercial circuit will not be accepted, as well as films available on open links (YOUTUBE , VIMEO or equivalent).
15) Registration will be confirmed after submission by the applicant and receipt of an automatic confirmation email.
16) Any technical failure perceived on the website during the registration of the film must be immediately communicated to the production of the 1st Festival AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA through the email amazonasdocinema@zfilmes.com.br so that the necessary measures are taken. We emphasize, however, that we will not be responsible for any failures when the registration is made on the last day of the period provided for in this regulation.
III - Selection
17) The list of works selected by the curatorship will be published on the Festival's website (www.amazoniadoc.com.br/amazonas) until June 30, 2020, this period being extendable at the discretion of the festival organization. The selection of the work will also be notified through the FilmFreeway Platform.
17.1 For films produced in the Brazilian states that make up the Legal Amazon (Pará, Amazonas, Acre, Amapá, Maranhão, Mato Grosso, Rondônia, Roraima and Tocantins), and which are entered in the Pan-Amazon Exhibitions, these may, at the discretion of the Curatorship Commission, to be selected to participate in the Legal Amazon Show, in the category referring to their film.
18) Those responsible for the selected films must send the exhibition copy, when requested by the festival coordinator, in the following technical specifications:
a) Formats:
- Open DCP;
- MOV or MP4, codec H264
b) Audio:
The Audio can be STEREO (L / R - TWO CHANNELS) or 5.1. In the case of 5.1, the channels should be on track 1 of the following sequence:
- channel 1 - left (front left);
- channel 2 - center (front center);
- channel 3 - right;
- channel 4 - surround left (left side of the audience);
- channel 5 - surround right (right side of the audience)
- channel 6 - subwoofer / lfe (front bass)
c) Resolution: Full HD (1920 × 1080);
d) Subtitle: In PORTUGUESE, when the film is not spoken in this language. The caption can be embedded or in an attached .srt file (for H264 copies)
19) Any file format sent outside the recommended standard will be handled by the technical team and will be subject to inefficient rendering. The AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA Festival cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from this procedure.
20) the sending of the exhibition copy (if it has not been posted on the FilmFreeway Platform in the technical specifications required above) can be done by:
a) Download link
The person responsible for the registration must inform, right after the disclosure and notification of selection, a link for full viewing and full download of the film, in the settings described above, as well as the access password, when applicable. File transfer links such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, SendSpace, or any other data allocation tool that does not have an expiry date for the generated link will be accepted.
b) Physical support: Pen Drive, External HD
The formatting of HD’s or pendrives can be in MAC “OS”, “NTFS” or “exFAT”. We suggest, preferably, USB3 data connection and in cases where there is a power supply, it must accompany the external hard drive and will be returned later.
21) Right after the selection notification, it is optional but important to send immediate promotional material for the film, such as the EPK’s (Electronic Press-Kit), which can be sent via email or download link.
22) The responsibility for the cost of sending the exhibition copies and the promotional material for the selected films rests with the director or responsible producer, and must be sent to the headquarters of the Festival / Z Filmes Produções office in a period to be defined until the June 30, 2020. Copies must be sent in a sealed envelope with an updated return address (for return).

23) The director must pay attention to PROPERLY INFORMING the “Return address of the exhibition copy”. The Festival is not responsible for the loss of the copy at the time of return if the data is incomplete, incorrect or is altered by the director after registration. The costs of returning the copy of the film (HD or pen drive) are the responsibility of the Festival organization.
IV - Other provisions
24) The invitation to the selected directors to represent their films in the 1st EDITION OF THE FESTIVAL AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA will not be paid by the Festival organization. This possibility will be subject to the raising of specific resources for this purpose from our Partners / Supporters.
25) Subject to fundraising, the Festival's Coordination / Organization may carry out a version of the Itinerant Exhibition of the 6th edition of AMAZÔNIA DOC 3 in 1 in other municipalities in Pará and states in Brazil. The films scheduled for the itinerant version may be chosen from those selected for the 6th edition of the AMAZÔNIA DOC Festival, and its non-profit exhibition is now authorized by the author / producer of the work.
26) In case of selected film, the legal representative of the registered film, authorizes the exhibition in the programming of the 6th edition of the Amazon Doc Film Festival - 1st edition of the As Amazonas do Cinema Festival, as well as the use of images for journalistic purposes, dissemination and promotion of the event. Likewise, it authorizes the use of all information present in the registration form, in addition to excerpts from the films (up to 30 seconds) for dissemination on the festival website, social networks and in the media.
27) FOR BRAZILIAN PRODUCTION FILMS: According to Ordinance 368/2014 of the Ministry of Justice, films shown in exhibitions and festivals must practice self-classification according to the “Practical Guide to the Rating System”. It is mandatory to fill, in the registration form, the indicative classification of the film, according to these rules. The organization of the 6th AMAZÔNIA DOC Festival is responsible for ensuring compliance with this measure and may even change this classification according to the Festival's convenience to adapt to the rules. 28) All films registered in the 1st edition of the Festival Amazonas do Cinema will be subject to the conditions set out in this regulation.
29) The “registered” tenderer is responsible for all information contained in the registered form. To complete your registration, the applicant must agree to the terms of the General Agreement for participation in the 6th AMAZONIA DOC 3 in 1— PAN-AMAZONIC CINEMA FESTIVAL, presented below:
By submitting my film I declare that I have read and accept the general rules and conditions of the 1st edition of the Festival As Amazonas do Cinema. I am willing to provide the festival with all necessary additional information in accordance with these general rules and conditions. I authorize the Festival organization to show my film, and if selected, I confirm that an exhibition copy will be available in digital format for exhibition during the Festival until the date previously agreed 30 days before the Exhibition. I certify that I have all the necessary rights for the presentation of this film and that all rights and authorizations have been obtained. This film is not subject to any dispute, nor is it threatened by any dispute, assuming all legal responsibilities. By agreeing to these terms, I transfer to the 1st edition of Festival As Amazonas do Cinema the right to use excerpts from the registered film and its images, for advertising and marketing purposes of Festival Amazônia Doc 3 em 1 - including the 1st edition of Festival AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA and for other non-commercial uses related to the promotion of this 1st edition, in 2020, as well as its projection in the period to be defined in the next 120 days. I authorize, if it happens, the participation of my film, in case it gets selected, in the Itinerant Exhibition of the 1st edition of AS AMAZONAS DO CINEMA, in other municipalities of Pará and states of Brazil. I am aware that this stage of the Itinerancy is conditional on the raising of funds for its realization, but the exhibition of the work will take place without profit.
